I've been banking with TruPartner since 1981 (when they were Cincinnati Central Credit Union), and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Their rates on CDs and loans have also been very competitive. In general, I prefer credit unions to banks, and, based on my interactions with TruPartner over 40 years, I would definitely recommend them.

On this occasion, I needed to get a check printed (because who has a checkbook anymore?). I popped in and was quickly greeted by the staff. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly. He pulled up my account via SSN (because who ever remember their bank account number?). There was a small fee for a single check printed, but it's totally worth it to occasionally pay that fee (I think it was $1.50) than for a checkbook i'll never use. There's a small parking lot here as well as a drive thru and atm. It's a great location if you live in Covington. I always pop by this atm when I need to pull out some cash before heading somewhere I'll need it. Great location and super friendly staff - high fives, PNC.

I was coming here prior to merger and renaming of this branch. This is not my actual credit union but is part of the shared banking network I can use in Cincinnati. I never have to wait too long to be helped even though they also service the drive thru customers. The tellers are always friendly and helpful and good at fixing the mistakes I make on the deposit slips. They always verify my identity and process my request in a very short time. Whatever I deposit here goes into my account the same day at my credit union. This is a slightly smaller branch office but has a receptionist desk, customer form counter and several private banking offices for more private and detailed service transactions. Stopped at Kremer's market to pick up a few things & discovered my situation. The cashier said she would hold my purchases while I went to secure cash. Don't know what I was thinking...the only credit card I had was a BP card & they wouldn't give cash back on a purchase. Long story not so short...pulled into my bank's branch and explained the situation. The Customer Service Rep politely asked how much cash I needed (only $20) and said he could look up my acct. by other means and help me. With my ss# and signature, I got my cash and went back to pick up my dinner items. Don't know why there are so many negative comments that float around about Fifth Third. I've never received anything but outstanding, pleasant service at each branch I've visited!

The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works. Truly amazing tellers here , always willing to put in the work to get to your desired outcome !
