When we did the consultation, there was an area that your team expressed concern may not adhere well and we expressed understanding in this. However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. He also came to my house within a couple of days and quickly provided me a very fair estimate for the work. I finally decided to go with the wood so I didn't use his services. It is so hard to find a contractor who is courteous enough to return a phone call that for that reason alone I would recommend him.
