I have a peculiar love for beautiful rugs and this place was just heaven! Ori and his team were incredibly patient as they showed us stacks of rugs (it's rather tough labor to get to get through he stacks). We narrowed our choices down to three very different options. The guys set them up for us on the display floor and let us mull over the decision. They cut a rug pad for us, wrapped it up neatly and helped it into the car. We couldn't be happier with our new rug - top quality and truly beautiful. If you can visit the showroom, I recommend it for the experience. If you cannot visit and you are ordering online, you can trust that your rug will be high quality and is coming from a clean, well run place. Another great experience: I've been looking for a living room rug for months! It had to be tough enough for young kids, pretty enough for the adults, on top of the usual decor conundrums. I absolutely LOVE this place! I was looking a unique yet exotic piece that would go in my sitting room - a difficult task as my couch and chairs are vividly patterned. I found a gorgeous oriental rug on the website that is over-dyed so the pattern is muted. I decided to go into the store to see it if was as beautiful in person (even better!) and the staff (Maria assisted me) was very helpful, offering to show me additional options I might prefer. I'm glad she did because I ended up with something I hadn't seen on the website! And I was amazed at how little I paid after the 50% discount! if I could pick ten stars I would. The quality of their rugs is superb. I love the on-line shopping. Very accurate measurements and photo quality is great (so you get what you see on-line). The customer service team is the best and love the free shipping (and you the order is full-filled immediately). Found this place on line and went to look at the rug I was interested in. Among the thousands they actually pulled out the exact one I was looking at right away and it was even nicer in person! Couldn't believe the value compared to a few places I had gone before I ended up spending a third what I expected for hand knotted wool rug.
