At 4:58 as I sat in my car writing this review everyone left the store and pulled out of the lot. What she didn't know is i need new flooring installed at 2 of my stores and new hardwoods in my entire home so i guess my needs as a consumer were not important. She never even said come back soon, when I turned to walk away she said, "alright lock the doors". 2 minutes of chat and I wont be back!

Mark and his staff treated my small project as important and worthy of their close attention. They had a great range of carpet runners and advice for my installation so that once I finally made my selection, I was really confident in my choice. In the end, my total cost was $100 more than a big box store (initials HD) -- and the carpet quality was much, much better. The Churchill installation is what really blew me away -- Rosio and her team were true artists cleverly mitering the bordered runner to fit a multi-angled landing. Absolutely everyone who crosses my threshold says "Wow, you had that custom made, right?" Compare that to HD who sent an estimator who said he knew absolutely nothing about how they would deal with my unusually-shaped foyer. I also used Churchill for the flooring in 2 bathrooms -- they had a huge range of Marmoleum which is a great alternative to vinyl. Both of those installations were perfect as well. Bottom line: Churchill Rugs & Carpets care about their customers and they stand by their work.
