I had always wanted to do one of these old timey photo shoots so I was really excited when I saw…read morethis during a recent trip to old town. It was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait long. There are a couple different themes you can choose from and we went with the ganster theme. Once you're all checked in, they bring you back into their changing room and bring you the outfit and accessories (you don't really get a choice on which outfit you're going to wear). Then they bring you over to the themed room and take the pictures. They take thousands of these pictures everyday so the photographer was very quick and knew exactly what he was looking for/what shots to do. The whole process was very quick. Once done, they print out all the pictures for you to look at. 2 photos come with your photo shoot and then you can pay more for the rest of them or for the flash drive to get them all. It's kind of a bummer that they just throw out the pictures if you don't buy them but I understand the upsell. We wound up just choosing 2. Overall it was a cute experience and I'm glad we got to do it.

From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando! We ended up stopping by this store 3 times while we were visiting Disney World Hollywood Studios. It does get busy inside the store since it's relatively small. In the evening, it was packed, whereas in the morning, there were less customers inside the store. Other gifts we saw inside The Darkroom were housewares, and apparel. We did notice some really cool cook book themed item like Ratatouille Auguste Gusteau's Anyone Can Cook book! The team members are great here! We ended up buying a Disney Hollywood Studios theme park pin here!

During my professional shoot, she could tell I was not comfortable with my appearance. She addressed it immediately, and after learning I didn't love how my hair looked, she pulled out her flat iron and fixed it herself. I was blown away at the service. The shots came out perfect, and I received them quickly. I spent an entire day with her for my boudoir session. She provided wine, pastries, and chocolates while I had my hair and makeup professionally done in her studio. She helped me pick out my outfits and made me feel so beautiful and comfortable with myself. She took time to get to know my insecurities and worked with them both while shooting and in editing. She also knew I was trying to give these images to my boyfriend for his birthday less than 2 weeks later, and she made it happen with time to spare at no extra cost. In addition to the digital images for my boudoir shots, Yuliya recommended I get an album. She mentioned the print versions would really make a difference, and she was absolutely correct. The leather-bound album was very high quality and the shots really popped in print. When I gave my boyfriend the album and showed him the digital images, he also agreed the print versions did have a little something extra to them. I figured I probably wouldn't return it. What I did not notice is that the clerk had stamped another part of the receipt "Package Deal Special Order." This is ridiculous because the bag was ready and waiting on display. There was no special order whatsoever. This was nothing less than an attempt to hoodwink me and make sure that no return or exchange was at all possible. This is fraudulent and ill faith. Do not do business with this establishment. Go to a major store such as Best Buy with a proper return policy.

This photopass studio is located in Disney Springs. The photographers are there only during certain…read moretimes of the day. It is here where you can purchase "memory maker" which you can use for either a day or for the entire length of your vacation. All photos taken by photo pass photographers are then downloaded to your My Disney experience app and made available for you to have multiple downloads up to 45 days and then they disappear. In case you are concerned about losing them Disney does sell a flash drive which will have them all on it so you can upload them to whatever device you have whenever you want them. During this visit we had just arrived at Disney and were anxious to try out their services. At this location you stand in front of a "green" screen and they will project various images and locations in the background. Sometimes they will have you look surprised or look at each other a certain way. This is because they are doing a "magic shot" where either a Disney character or certain background appears in the final print. It was here we had photos taken of the backgrounds of all 4 parks just in the event bad weather would run our visit. You can purchase prints of these pictures here or at any photo pass location. However, you are better off printing them at home or at your local pharmacy which is a lot cheaper. As it turned out one of my favorite shots happened to be here and I was so glad at the end of my trip to have it made into a print. Memory maker is a good investment if you plan on taking a lot of pictures from your trip.
