There was a sign that said please ask me about my breakfast specials and when I did she said they had scrambled eggs - that's it - and after going back-and-forth with me trying again and again to get specifics of what could be added we eventually we're able to come up with a type of scramble with cheese and vegetables. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me but for some reason it took about an hour to finally receive my food. That's unacceptable. When the food did finally arrive it was very good and the price was reasonable. I can see the potential here. She is a very nice person and I do understand she's running this cafe all by herself. It would really be a great idea to have someone help her out so the food could be prepared more quickly and organize a breakfast menu with a greater variety of options.
