On 5/22/26, dentist Rudolf Uvadyex, said that since the bitewing xrays from another dentist were not clear enough for him to make an assessment of the condtion of my teeth, he would give me the xrays for free. About 2 weeks later DentaQuest said a claim was paid for those xrays. I left 2 voicemails with the manager to discuss this issue and request cancelation of the claim. The manager did not contact me by phone, so I sent an email requesting cancelation of the claim. It has been at least 10 days and there was no response to the email. I feel that either the dentist lied to me or the clinic filed a fraudulent claim. In addition, the dentist told me he would not work on my teeth unless I do a Scaling and Root Planing (Deep Cleaning). I went to two other dental clinics and they said a deep cleaning was not needed and that a mid-range cleaning was satisfactory. read more

I set up an appointment for extraction and they wanted tondo a root canal on one tooth the other extraction. The extraction the dentist wasn't comfortable with removing my small rear tooth cuz it was too small and he didnt feel comfortable doing the extraction so they referred me to another dentist from another place to do it, I never scheduled that because I did t want to deal 2 different dentist over an extraction. They pushed hard for this root canal when I said extraction for that tooth also. They set me up n said they can save it but it might cost something. I was avoiding the cost of root canal but they wanted money & were very pushing. The root canal was at 1030am and I had some very important come up i could not miss, they didnt care to reschedule me at the later time but instead wanted to emphasize on charging me 50 bucks for not canceling 24hrs prior, I was rescheduling for same day I just wanted a later time. The rep over the phone was rude , and was not helping at all more just money hungry like she was trained for it. This place is horrible, im glad I didnt get no work done here , or the other referred place for extraction. This place needs more training in customer service, and more training being dentist! I would never refer anyone here to this place, they are very unprofessional and inexperienced in extraction obviously for them to transfer me somewhere for it, never been to a dentist who couldn't take care of a problem them self. I would never trust a dentist from there , just from the 20 min visit I had with the physicians. read more

I have been visiting this office for many years. For the last 4 or 5 years I have been seeing Dr Jacob. He is patient, explains things well and always make sure that I am not in pain. I tried another practice about 5 years ago. It was prettier and costs more. That crown came out in about 1 year. The work that has been done in this office lasts. I am on a budget and Dr Jacob works to do a little at a time so that I get help from my insurance and can get my work done. Not the fanciest office. Just clean and nice. I will admit that the Dental Assistants and staff where very courteous. I was treated by the Dentist Boris Suey Manov. This was the worse experience! I went in to get two teeth extracted and after getting numbed 4 times and getting my teeth half pulled out the Dentist decided that I would need to get referred to Endodontics & Oral Surgery . I was being sent home with my teeth hanging ,gums bleeding and torn and was just told sorry...... No pain medication not even Tylenol. This was the worse experience I ended up going to a urgent care where thanks to them they at least helped me with the pain !​ I honestly would not recommend this Dentist at all!!!!! read more

My wife and I both had appointments in the same week with 19th Ave Dental. While at my wife's appointment they seemed very thorough with their check in, xrays, and new patient procedure. My wife has PCOS, which in turn gives her problems with her thyroid. Dr. Jacobs before opening the hood and checking out her teeth made sure to inspect her thyroid which I thought was amazing. I previously with another dental office had a root canal done years ago. After checking all my teeth he was very happy to see the great work my previous dental office had done. This made me feel great because he cares and shows high interest with all my teeth. Overall the dental office makes you feel like you are at home and I believe it's due to the culture set by Dr. Jacobs. Highly recommend! read more

My 84 year old mother had a cleaning performed today. The front office staff was courteous. However, the rest of her experience was terrible. She is hard of hearing and didn't hear her name being called. The person calling her name was rude and short with her acting like my 84 year old mother wasn't quick enough. Then the hygienist was short with her and acted like she didn't want to be there and appeared to be annoyed and rushed her. Maybe her work was interfering with her leaving to start her weekend. The blonde woman was bland and rude. (Not the temp). Additionally, it was ridiculously more painful than any other cleaning she has had. If you don't like your job, find another one. Do not take it out on the patient whose money your are receiving! Your patient is how you earn your money! read more

This place is a scam and they charge you for breathing. The doctors are nice but that's not enough when they find all these "problems" that run you thousands of dollars even with insurance. Update: I absolutely was talking about the right place. Thanks for trying to silence me though :) the fact that I overpaid and then received a letter from my insurance stating how much I owed and it was less than what I originally paid so I called the office and they said I had a $26 credit. I got them to give me a check. If I hadn't called I would have thought I still owed more money because I had a letter from the dental office stating I needed to pay $79 for X-rays that were included in my visit. This place is a scam and instead of trying to see what happed the doctor below acts as though I have the wrong office. Nope, your office is inside what appears like a small courtyard with a little garden outside. Office is towards the back all the way to the left...sound familiar doc? read more

I absolutely love this place. It is about an hour drive from our house but totally worth the drive. Everyone there is so polite and friendly. The two front office ladies, Melissa Ulloa and Janet Silvar are always so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Yakov is the best at what he does, he takes his time and never rushes. Today Steven Medina helped my husband and was really professional and polite, my husband had nothing but good things to say about him. I give this place a zero. I get scheduled to have some kind of dentist work done in the schedule it. The day before I'm supposed to go in they cancel out on me. Knowing I need what I need done and then when I went to my insurance company and filed a grievance and wrote a Google review they turn around a couple weeks later and send me a threatening letter in the mail talking about I can no longer come to their place. LOL I'm not going to waste my time at your place because you guys like to change up on people. And I'mma let all my friends know to not go to your place. My 70 year old father was taken advantage here. He needed a replacement set of dentures and only wanted a rough estimate. They told him he had to come in for an exam. They guaranteed that there would be no cost and this was the only way to give an estimate. He went to the appointment and they billed his insurance for $132 and also sent him a bill for $55 after being assured 3 times that there would be no cost to him. They spent most of the appointment trying to sell my father on $30,000 implants while knowing he is on social security and only needed a set of top dentures replaced because he had a budget of $300 which was why he was shopping around for denture estimates. This is horrible to know that they take advantage of elderly people. If you are needing dentures for a loved one go to Affordable Dentures ($350) and stay clear of this place. read more

True definition of excellent patient care, all the years that my husband my kids and I have been going it's always been a great experience. Dr. Khaydatov is amazing, barely feel any pain or discomfort, not too often you see kids looking forward to see their dentist. We are very lucky to have found this place and this dentist. The dentists here are retired old guys who are never usually at the office. The office is dirty, their tools and equipment are all old, and ever since I remember this place the water machine hasn't been turned on and had no water. I got my x-rays done at a different dentist office a few months ago and Dr. Budovitch would not take them and said he wants to do them ALL OVER AGAIN ($$$) and I would have to pay out of pocket since my insurance was used up from the other place where I got my x-rays done. Apparently it wasn't worth it to him to just do the cavity and be done with it. These dentists just want your money, they ARE NOT NICE, will make you wait forever until they get to you, last time I had a cavity filled one of the dentists made me wait 45 MINUTES after he numbed me to get back to me! His excuse? He said he was with another patient...seems like my "appointment" wasn't really important to him after all. THEY DON'T HAVE A WORKING WEBSITE OR EMAIL ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THEIR PLACE IS! YOU ARE WARNED! read more

I've been going to this practice for 10+ years seeing Dr.Budavitch and his wonderful staff. I recently saw Dr.Baranes there to have an existing crown replaced and decided to have all four front upper teeth "crowned". I chipped my front tooth when I was 8 and with a long series of inadequate solutions this was a more complete and aesthetic solution. Results are wonderful and I don't think I realized how self conscious I was about my smile until now. Dr.Baranes was very patient in walking me through the options, sending me to get custom color matching (included) and making sure I was involved and happy with the decisions at every step.
