It's easy to let negative talk enter your mind and worry about what everyone else is going to think of you. So I went to James overweight and worried. It took a month of him convincing me. He didn't have to spend that much time talking to me and reassuring me. But he did. He never pressured me. Just encouraged me and he was so patient. He's always seen me as what I could be not as I was. He was right. Everyone at the gym was nice. James has been a great trainer. I'm not at the fitness level of everyone else (yet) so he does a great job of tailoring each exercise to my fitness level. Don't get me wrong, he does not make it easy. If I had written this review in the beginning of my time with him I would have given him 5 stars and told you how much I hate him...especially if I wrote this review on leg day. I was VERY surprised how affordable (almost cheap but shhh don't tell him) it is to workout with him. Because James trains multiple people at once it keeps the price down. But don't think for a second he isn't watching your form. I don't know how he does it but he knows what everyone is doing. My schedule is different every week and James has been VERY accommodating. This is one of the reasons I travel 20 miles to work out with him. I won't find that anywhere else. I have lost 78 pounds. My life is so completely different than it was 8 months ago. I was living in a prison I created for myself. The world is so different now. My life is different. I could say I've started living This hasn't been easy and it's been a lot of hard work but James came into my life right when I needed him. Que has helped me change my body composition in ways that I could never imagine being able to do on my own.
