I was asked to leave a glowing review to get an extra 5% discount. Which I happily did because I've been to this location a number of times and they've been pleasant. However, I've deleted that now. Today I went in because my usual protein powder seemed to be defective or mislabeled (by no fault of this store) I suspected the brand had changed the formula or something had gone awry during packaging. I explained this predicament to the guy in the store who had no remorse, was totally unhelpful and basically told me I'm lumped with it. Great, $80 worth of the wrong product. I've spent almost $800 in this store in total and they wouldn't be courteous enough to help me with my issue. Whoever was working on Friday June 10 needs a lesson in service. I will never return. I had a really good experience here, which is out of the ordinary based on my past experiences at other nutrition spots. I didn't feel like I had to buy a ton of unnecessary junk and didn't get talked down to by those typical whey snobs you have to deal with at GNC and the like. The guy there, Cahit, was super nice and very knowledgable. He listened to my goals and really got to know me and my weight loss journey and got me set up with a good fat burner, pre workout, daily supplements and this cleanse (which is magic, I swear). I'm about 3 weeks in and my body is working really well with the diet suggestions he gave. It's not the typical bandaid I get from other supplements. This is something I know I can stick with and get long lasting results. Dropped by here on a whim and was honestly surprised by how knowlegeable Steven was about the supplements and health in general. Did their iridology scan which was really interesting! Went to this store years ago and thought it was overpriced and doesn't have that many products then I started to go to the vitamin shoppe since they have way way more products to chose from but walked into this store again to get a protein can since I didn't feel like having a big meal and ended up getting a few things, then guy at the store was nice, he suggested a couple of supplements I should try so on the spot I thought yeah sure since I was rushing to make an appointment. He claimed he gave me a discount but then the bill was very high. The next day I decided to return the two very expensive supplements he suggested which were UNOPENED, but he said they don't do returns even though I had my receipt and the two bottles were not opened so I was stuck and had to get something else. No returns is always a very bad move as I will Never set foot in that store ever again. We should be able to return stuff if it is not opened. My recommendation, order online on amazon cheaper or go to the vitamin shoppe , cheaper also, and you can return unopened products if you change your mind the next day. In addition you get the same products for way less and get good money back every 3 months based on how much you spend at the vitamin shoppe. read more

What an amazing place! I was on yelp searching for a nutrition store and I came across this place, didn't know what to expect, but am I glad that I CAME HERE! Cahit quickly did an eye scan on me and showed me what was wrong with the inside of my body and explained the steps one by one to me in detail.
