First of all she sets a great example as she herself is tremendously disciplined about her diet and fitness and is strong and in great shape herself. She is a good task master but not to the point of being obnoxious, she is a nice person. Our workouts were always varied and included strength training mixed with high intensity type stuff that elevated my heart rate. And it was a full solid hour so you always felt like you got a lot done. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone trying to get stronger and in shape.

Check-in was a breeze, and the studio itself is so cute. The class room is spacious, aesthetic, and I loved the wall detail. Overall, despite the parking situation, this is a studio I would absolutely recommend. I loved the space and I'm looking forward to trying other instructors.

After that, you have to pay a small fee. We did the glutes class and that consists of switching between the stair master and the floor workouts. The instructor will give instructions to let you know what to do! Super helpful to follow along. At the end of the class, you get eucalyptus towels. My favorite part!! I love the flexible class schedules, the clean and well kept studio and best of all, the instructors and staff! AKA the Trim Tribe! I've done all types of workouts and love Lagree! And like that I can change things up with climb. Definitely recommend!! Absolutely love this place! I'm addicted. The instructors are knowledgeable and super friendly.
