They are quick to contact you when your payment is due or a day or two late but if you email or contact with questions about your account good luck getting a response. More than once I had to contact State Farm corporate directly to get answers I was looking for. Irena even canceled one of my policies without my permission. Apparently her reading comprehension is not the best. This is my second negative experience with a local State Farm agent. My experience is they are happy to sign you up and then customer service becomes non existent. I would never recommend this office or State Farm in general because of this. If I have to do all the work myself then I might as well have my policy with a company that doesn't have a brick and mortar. Plenty of those out there!
