I waited a few days after my dental appointment to post a review because I could not stop crying. (Don't worry they are all tears of Joy) Dr. Cerny's office is nothing but professional. Still, I knew it needed to be addressed to prevent her from developing a painful toothache that could affect her daily life. Even though I wasn't the patient, she showed incredible patience with me first--listening to my concerns, explaining why the treatment was recommended, and walking me through every step of the process. Her thorough explanations and calm reassurance significantly eased my anxiety. She was wonderfully gentle with my daughter, offering positive affirmations throughout the visit and explaining each step in a way a 4-year-old could easily understand.
