This was after waiting for 2 other people to go ahead of me. Arriving early seemed like a mistake. They assured me they usually run on time when I confirmed my latest appointment. I checked because I need to take time off from work to make the appointment and I can't just continue to delay indefinitely waiting for them to be ready. Ok, I thought maybe my previous experience was the outlier and they were just slow that day. Nope. I arrived and was told my wait would be an hour for what I assumed was another fast cleaning. I rescheduled on the spot, but found a new dentist in the meantime. Enough with these people not respecting the patients' time. There are plenty of other offices that run on time and have the decency to apologize for being behind and make it a point to try not to do that regularly. Note that discussing these issues with my insurance company led to them approving me to go to a different dentist that was otherwise not included in my plan coverage.

I waited 2 weeks then called my insurance company to find out they still never billed service. My insurance company called them and I was informed they billed wrong company and they now have correct billing information and they submitted my claim. Month passed I called my insurance company and had check assigned them despite I paid the bill in full and never sent me check. I called Dr. Metha office and spoke rude unprofessional person rep named Shannon who informed me it was my mistake , then she hung up on me. I called back and demanded supervisor she said she was the supervisor and she would have no further communication with me. I then asked speak with Dr Mehta I was informed I couldn't speak with him. Later that night after hours I left message explaining that Dr Mehta should be aware of rude unprofessional rep. The next morning I received a call from another rep that Shannon is not supervisor and she lied they would sent me check. I did receive check however they also sent money back thru my debit card.which I never noticed . 6 months later collection letters started again I called and was informed disregard everything is ok . Then 2 weeks later I got another collection notice I called again they again said everything is ok it must be problem with their system. 2 weeks later I got another collection notice I again called and was informed they sent me check and re credited my debit card. I called my bank and was informed they did re credit my card. The next day I called and again gave my credit card information . Today I received yet another collection statement I called and found out they never billed my card. It took over 30 phone calls to straighten out their mess. After 15 years am no longer patient this was worst customer service encounter I have ever had.
