The last guys out, a company I have used in the past, said the lift systems were "antiques" and couldn't figure out how they were still working. They said since I had a hole in the bottom panel of my old heavy double door and there was no panel replacement option, I would have to replace the whole double door, plus the cost of the whole new opening system. Then, if I wanted the smaller door to match the new one (I have a 3 car garage), I would have to replace it as well, and a new mechanism suggested for it.....at the cost of thousands of dollars. Dylans did a good fix to the existing panel, put in one new opener on the double door, and saved me thousands and thousands of dollars.
