My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE.

We didn't plan on an alignment and two tires within the first month but the lesson is learned. Pay attention to all the details. That said, once aligned the truck drives great. 100% something a dealer should do before flipping a trade in. There's no excuse. The guys were nice and they got a good rate. So a few stars are earned but the disappointment after the fact means a couple are lost.
