With one employee walking around the garage with a lit cigarette I felt so uncomfortable as if there isn't enough gas and oil to light the whole place up. They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.

I went in to see his much it would cost to put my front low beam head light in on my car and I was told it would only cost $105 with an 1 hr worth of labor and I had already purchased the bulb at an autozone for them to put in. So I gladly accepted the price to do so. I dropped my car off and was called at their closing time to pick my car up and 1 hr and 15 mins later. I asked him could I pay over the phone so I could come pick my car up after business hours were over and they said sure. They then told me it was $210 after they originally told me $105 and never told me they were going to change the price before I left them my car and never called back to ask me if that was okay. I told them that a dealer had even offered to do it for less than they jacked the price up on me and they responded by saying they could do a price change for what the dealer said and not even the originally price they told me which was $150 and not $105. They did not respond back to me saying they would call the dealer and check back with me I had to call them back. When I did call them back they told me the dealership would charge $193- $280 dollars when I knew for a fact that was a lie. I will never do business with this dealership again and I will make sure I want you to know not to do any with them either.
