On their internet page you'll observe many plow trucks lined up for the 'sale' I went and spoke to a saleman today. He wasn't really sure, he went to his co-worker or super and returned advising me they had one with a plow (single cab) and a couple more 'elswhere without plows', but they can add them. That's pretty close to switch and bait or something. NO THANKS. I won't bother you good folks again.

When I tried to find it on O'Connors lot the salesman Jeremy Reed tried to force me to make the deal with O'Connor. I told him that I had a deal in place with Emerson and I was a man of my word. He badgered me for over a half hour telling me I had no obligation to keep my word with Emerson. I finally had enough of his high pressure tactics and walked out. I received nine text messages from salesman Reed before I even got home, furthermore they called Emersons telling them my deal with Emerson was off and I was going to buy O'Connors truck. Lies. Maybe or maybe not I could have saved money buying my truck at O'Connors, but it was important to keep my word to Emersons and there is no way that I would ever trust O'Connor after what they tried to pull. I bought my new truck at Emersons and will never set foot on O'Connors again.

Make that make sense. A salesman answers calls for service and gives you a quote? Then when alignment is scheduled, says they can't do it because the bolts to the control arm are warped and it's now a liability to the service department if it breaks. Isn't any work you perform in service a liability??? Called Capital City next door to see if they could do it and they said let me guess, you just came from Oconnors and they are notorious for doing that. Spent over $2100 at Oconnors and will never go back or refer them. Poor customer service.

When I purchased the vehicle back in April 2024, which is a 2015 GMC Sierra SLE pick up truck with 62,000 miles, I expected there to be a few issues with a 9 year old vehicle, scratches, etc. I was informed that the brakes were brand new. While test driving at the time, I heard squeezing and felt a little vibration when braking, but new brakes will sometimes do that. I also noticed that the dash said, "CAL", which instead it should indicate the direction of travel (north,, south, etc) and when they sent the truck over to get the recall of the drivers side mirror done, they said they fixed the calibration of the GPS/Compass and I was told to drive, "a couple hundred miles" and it will be all set. Fast forward 10k miles and 2 months and still doesn't work. The recall repaired mirror still vibrates, which is the recall itself. So I'm wondering if they even did it? I reached out to the dealership and I was asked to reach out to service. They (service) told me I would need to drop the vehicle off for at least a day or two, without being offered a rental. Because I live 3+ hours away, I couldn't afford to do that so I had the rear rotors replaced and then had to have the entire compass components replaced in order to get functionality of the compass. $1000ish later and it's done. I was referred to this dealership from a close friend of mine, who has referred several people of my understanding, but I would think long and hard before giving this dealership any of your hard earned money unless it's a brand new vehicle under full warranty. Even when I left the dealership, they told me that I do not get a full tank of gas when I buy a vehicle there. Which I have never heard of before, but every dealership is different and I accepted it. At the same time they asked me to hold onto the note Through their finance company for at least three months so that they could get commission on it. I am immediately changed banks because of the experience and never gave their financial institution a single payment before refinancing. My sales person was awesome, but he could only give me the information that he was given and I hold no animosity towards him. I even reached out to him before making this review and he told me I was supposed to have been offered a rental, which I was not.

Charlie's has a number of dealerships so if Subaru is not your cup of tea and you're looking for a vehicle, I would check to see whether Charlie's sells that vehicle. Excellent customer service ! Plus, the family that own owns the dealership is very active in local philanthropy !! Win win !

No one listens and they are full of excuses for why not and not trying to solve the challenge at hand. I felt treated as if they were not interested to solve my problem but to take my money and never fix anything. I tried not to come back but I'm left with no choice. Yes this the second time if been to CMM for service. The fist time required many days of listenting to clueless service writer's. Finally after too many phone calls I located a manager with a clue. It was finally fixed. This time they are trying to upsell before fixing the problem. They will not give you an answer if you ask what would CMM response to someone else fixing the problem before they tried to upsell. I probably spent good money on a bad warranty product at a place with even worse customer service. I will get the problems fixed regardless if CMM does the right thing or it comes out of my pocket. I am about to trade in and buy a new vehicle as this one is getting to about 100K. In March, I brought by car in for an inspection. I also asked to have the cabin air filter changed, the oil changed and a basic multipoint inspection for any impending issues. After the initial state inspection, I was told that one of the rear brake lights wasn't working. I told them to fix it. I come pick up the car and move in with my life. In mid-August someone tells me that my car is way past it's inspection sticker date.... I call Darlings and say "someone forgot to put an inspection sticker on my car." Your agent looks up the job, notes that the inspection found the brake light problem. But, there was no corrective action on the invoice. I assure the agent that I told them to fix it and it never was. They schedule for me to drop off my car for ANOTHER inspection (cause it's been beyond the legal 30 days) at a super inconvenient time...although not as inconvenient as getting pulled over and getting a ticket. I am now told I have to pay hundreds of dollars for a ball joint and the brake light seemed to magically fix itself. I talked to three agents so far. All of them refuse to believe anything but the lack-of-information in the invoice. I assure them that I asked to have the brake light fixed when they called to inform me (pretty standard stuff). The only response I get is for them to re-explain the 30 day window for state inspections.... Each of your agents refuse to acknowledge that there was a mistake made. Each of your agents refuse to do ANYTHING about follow up other than explain the situation I'm in at the moment. In fact, I was told by two of them that THEY personally weren't involved in inspecting the car. So, they're not the ones to complain to....implying that I have to somehow chastise the individual mechanic or person I talked to in March for dropping the ball rather than just holding "Darlings" responsible. I'm not looking for a free ball joint. The inspection was free already because I bought the car there. So, I'm not even looking for a free inspection. But, I'm not even getting an apology. I'm getting "there's no way we can determine the truth of the matter from our paperwork and therefore we are neutral...not placing blame and not providing any customer service to alleviate." This is terrible customer service to a loyal customer. Within the next two years, I'll be replacing two vehicles. I NOT be buying them from Darlings. I will not be servicing my vehicles at Darlings. Everyone I hear mention the the word "car" will suddenly get a story of how unbelievably crappy an experience I had with Darlings. Maybe you don't care because I don't spend enough money. But, if you were an honest and fair shop, you should.
