On their internet page you'll observe many plow trucks lined up for the 'sale' I went and spoke to a saleman today. He wasn't really sure, he went to his co-worker or super and returned advising me they had one with a plow (single cab) and a couple more 'elswhere without plows', but they can add them. That's pretty close to switch and bait or something. NO THANKS. I won't bother you good folks again.

When I tried to find it on O'Connors lot the salesman Jeremy Reed tried to force me to make the deal with O'Connor. I told him that I had a deal in place with Emerson and I was a man of my word. He badgered me for over a half hour telling me I had no obligation to keep my word with Emerson. I finally had enough of his high pressure tactics and walked out. I received nine text messages from salesman Reed before I even got home, furthermore they called Emersons telling them my deal with Emerson was off and I was going to buy O'Connors truck. Lies. Maybe or maybe not I could have saved money buying my truck at O'Connors, but it was important to keep my word to Emersons and there is no way that I would ever trust O'Connor after what they tried to pull. I bought my new truck at Emersons and will never set foot on O'Connors again.

When I tried to explain this to the service manager he told me the way I was speaking I wasn't going to get any help. I didn't yell, or say anything mean I just asked for him to let me speak. ( my daughter 11 mos old, was sleeping in the car). VW I think in general is a mistake and this Augusta location is terrible, we should have stuck with Charlies.

Make that make sense. A salesman answers calls for service and gives you a quote? Then when alignment is scheduled, says they can't do it because the bolts to the control arm are warped and it's now a liability to the service department if it breaks. Isn't any work you perform in service a liability??? Called Capital City next door to see if they could do it and they said let me guess, you just came from Oconnors and they are notorious for doing that. Spent over $2100 at Oconnors and will never go back or refer them. Poor customer service.

We showed up to look at a specific vehicle when we got to the dealer no one came out for a solid 20 minutes. We called the number to the Mitsubishi dealer and was hung up on. No worries people are busy I understood this. We went to the Subaru dealer to find help we were greeted by a friendly salesman who was helpful but we decided not to go with the vehicle presented. We asked the manger if there were any lease specials on other brands when we were told " you would have to go to each dealer individually and ask as they only deal with Subaru". Didn't understand this since it's all Charlie's but again I understood. this was now a hour and half of my time. We finally found the vehicle we went there for where I was met but a salesman named Colby who began to yell at me while I was talking. He told me the vehicle was on hold even though we were told the vehicle was available literally 3 minutes prior. I walked away and went to the main dealer next to Toyota. The salesman here was FANTASTIC! We had explained we had received offers for our vehicle elsewhere and we were told previously they would match this. after we found the vehicle to work numbers on they came in 4k below the trade in price they said they could match 3 weeks earlier!!!!! The guy who came over with the numbers was almost put off after I told him this and said we're all in.... This turned out to be a 5 hour process and a huge waste of time. When asked to run numbers in another vehicle he said well call you later today or Monday really it takes that long to run numbers through a bank? I have never experienced this at any other dealer ever. In the mean time he's next to us telling another customer we want this deal done today and we'll work with you and make it quick. Seriously? Worst dealer and experience ever!!!

He lied to me and he lied to you. He claimed you were all witnesses to a phone call that he had with my husband this morning. That is not possible unless you heard my husband's side of the conversation when he said "as long as the key fob works we're good to go!" You shouldn't let yourself get sucked in as accomplices to bad business. You deserve better than that. As for the manager, he is a slippery worm who will probably always be a slippery worm. Everyone should stay as far away from him as possible. By the way, the door issue is a known issue of that door and Moody's said you were supposed to fix it. However, I will go to Wiscasset for that. Don't worry, you'll never see me in there again.
