He had me come in same day and ordered 2 different tires, and put them on that week, no problem! Also, I mentioned a mechanical issue with the doors, he said give him a few weeks, he will get it fixed. James is very nice, and his sister even nicer. They offer warranty on engine and transmission and will work on the cars they sell as they know it's high mileage. I am not sure what happened with the other people, but I am very happy working with them. In the end, you get what you pay for, but at least they are willing to help.

One employee in particular behaved in an arrogant and disrespectful way, even pretending not to understand me when I asked him to personally inspect the issue with me.
