    If I could give Dan's 100 stars I would. Here's why:…read more I had been trying to sell my 2012 Honda Accord for over a year. I was in an upside-down loan for a long time after realizing I got myself into a mess when buying that car. I went from dealer to dealer... even tried private sale a thousand times. Dead end every time. I finally was able to put a pretty good payment down and clear most of the debt, but it was still a little above trade in value. I was on the search for a cheaper car to build my credit and was specifically looking for a manual Honda Civic. Dan had just the car I desired. I contacted him and told him my situation and how desperarate I was to downsize. He explained he doesn't normally get into that sort of exchange considering the car was still being financed, but he took a chance on me. It took weeks for me to figure out my finances and he was patient and let me hold the car with a small deposit. Meanwhile, before I even paid for the Civic, he heard all of my concerns regarding the cars service needs and went above and beyond to make sure that the car was ready to go. This is what stood out to me the most about his character. He took it upon himself to find more and more to put into it to make sure that it beat my expectations. And he sure did. There was no pressure to buy his vehicle-in fact he even tried to make sure I thought I was making the right decision. On top of that, he paid off my Accord despite the odds stacked against me. His son assisted with the test drive, as I'm new to standard cars. Nothing but patient, kind, and honest people. You can tell they are a good family. Thank you Dan and everyone who made this experience painless. It has been the first good thing to happen in a long time for me and I am ever so grateful. I will not hesitate to bring my civic to Dan's (an hour away) for any maintenance it might need! They deserve to be recognized. Don't go anywhere else!

Brian was very open and honest and clearly wanted to help us make the right choice. Everything he said would be done to the vehicle before we picked it up, was completed. We had a small issue after purchase (no fault of theirs) that true to his word, was taken care of for us. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you are in the car market.     I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after…read morepurchasing a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe for approximately $18,000, financed with extremely high interest rates. The vehicle was delivered with several issues that directly affect both safety and the minimum quality expected from a vehicle in this price range, including severely worn tires, a tire losing air pressure, and a malfunction in the parking assistance system, with a warning light appearing on the dashboard only hours after the purchase. At the time of purchase, I clearly explained that this vehicle would be used for a long-distance trip of approximately 3,000 miles to California, which makes the condition in which the car was delivered even more concerning. When I returned to the dealership in a respectful and polite manner seeking a reasonable solution, I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism. One employee in particular behaved in an arrogant and disrespectful way, even pretending not to understand me when I asked him to personally inspect the issue with me. It is unacceptable for a customer to invest such a significant amount of money into a vehicle and receive a product with evident safety concerns, while also being treated with disrespect instead of honesty, professionalism, and accountability. This type of treatment is not only harmful to customers, but also damaging to the dealership's own reputation and credibility. Businesses that fail to respect and properly support consumers after a sale ultimately lose the trust of the community and create a negative image for future buyers. My intention with this review is simply to warn future customers about the negative experience we had and to reinforce that every customer deserves transparency, respect, and proper support when dealing with issues that arise immediately after purchasing a vehicle.

He is putting these cars on the lot for sale with so many issues that he just fixes it enough to get it off the lot , then when it breaks down it's on you. Terrible way to do business just to put $$ in your pocket while lying to people. I will never do business there again. Rocky told us that anything under $400 and he will fix it for free. When does a Mercedes ever have only $400 to fix them. It costs far more than that and he knew that when he said it. He should be ashamed of himself. Terrible business skills.

The last two times I went to buy a car back to back, they only started being friendly once I told them I found a car I was interested in. The first car I bought, they actually damaged the seat after I already showed interest and they took it to the back for the mechanics to check it. Instead of fixing it, they ended up breaking it even more. I was told they would need to replace the whole seat, and in the end it was never fixed at all. I also asked if certain things could be done to the car like new tires and brake pads after signing, and the sales rep told me that since I already signed the documents, it couldn't be done but if I hadn't signed yet, it could've been done. The second time I bought a car a month later, I asked for those same things to be done before signing, and I was told again that they couldn't do it. Same sales rep, same situation. Just really frustrating and inconsistent experience overall.

After booking two test drives for different vehicles we were interested in, we went to their Harford location and waited about 30 minutes for a sales rep to come free and help us out. While the two cars we drove were exactly as advertised, we didn't feel they were exactly what we were looking for. Our sales rep, Rohit, then remembered there was a Toyota Venza on the lot that he felt was in amazing condition and was exactly what we were looking for. We hadn't even known about the model, so after a test drive, we inspected the car in and out thoroughly and made the purchase. If the computers at the credit bureau hadn't decided that hour to go offline for four hours, we would have been able to drive away that day. As we waited longer for the computers to come online and help us get approval, one of the managers suggested we do a 24-hour test drive, keep the car with us overnight, and drive in the next day to finish the purchase... which went perfectly. Everyone there was on their game and Rohit was so accommodating and helpful during that time. They even got us dinner while we were waiting for the credit bureau to get their network back online. Huge recommendation and would definitely go back again if we had another purchase.
