If you're planning on moving in please have your own maintenance man handy because to get anything fixed properly that's what you'll need! For the last 4 months it been inconsistent hot water, no light outside so it's completely dark at night ( literally you have to use a flashlight just to see your stairs or to not step on poop) not safe at all for women and kids at night time! Class A management is not living up to the expectations of the residents and I have every email and phone call that I ever had to make with them just to get the same results. Today was the final straw for me not having hit this weekend and the dryers not working with no notes no nothing just off, but the washers are working! Again the first year of living here was decent but now it feels like we're being taken advantage of and no one cares!! Move in on your risk but be prepared for let down and inconsistency!! Every month they expect rent on time yet residents can go months without lights working outside and waking up to cold water !! I guess this one of those situations where it has to get worse before it can get better!!

They only took a couple…read morefrontal pictures of it, assuming this was a flat screen. when I go to pick up the TV after paying $200 for it, this is not a 65 inch TV it's only a 50-in. that they measured there on the spot as I was picking it up and the TV was so old it had about two and a half feet deep of space behind it that was all TV and probably weighed about 200 lb s. I told them since they misrepresented the size of the TV "I want my money back" and the lady told me that everything's "as is" and that I had no right to dispute it, it would be the same difference if I sold you a Camaro that had a 400 horse power V8 motor and you come to pick it up and it only has a 150 horse power V6 motor and I tell you that your just screwed take it or leave it. The thing is they misrepresented the size of the TV and took horrible pictures again misrepresenting what it really looked like. I will be taking legal action soon and the address they gave me to mail the certified letter was either a fake address or some old address after I spoke to her on the phone and was told verbally where to send mail, she knew I was looking to seek a legal action, it came back undeliverable. With that being said I wouldn't give them any business or buy from them based off their cowardly way of doing business and keeping money
