In my case the information they pulled from HAR/MLS was incorrect I notified them. A secondary physical Appraisal had to be done because the lender didn't not communicate this was for an FHA loan. I was told by Kim that the appraiser has to go back out to the property to do another appraisal from scratch. Since we had this opportunity I requested them to review the incorrect titling, if they could couldn't clear it to call me BEFORE resubmitting as it would cause all kinds of issues. No phone call . They refilled exactly the same report (pic & all) which questions did they even do the second visit! The loan company CAUGHT no new pictures and now they must go out for additional pictures! THE TRUTH always comes out just a matter of time! Very unscrupulous practices!!!
