In my case the information they pulled from HAR/MLS was incorrect I notified them. A secondary physical Appraisal had to be done because the lender didn't not communicate this was for an FHA loan. I was told by Kim that the appraiser has to go back out to the property to do another appraisal from scratch. Since we had this opportunity I requested them to review the incorrect titling, if they could couldn't clear it to call me BEFORE resubmitting as it would cause all kinds of issues. No phone call . They refilled exactly the same report (pic & all) which questions did they even do the second visit! The loan company CAUGHT no new pictures and now they must go out for additional pictures! THE TRUTH always comes out just a matter of time! Very unscrupulous practices!!!

Some things worth pointing out to anyone considering contacting Ms. English to help with their estate. 1. She is punctual. This may seem like a small thing, but I was dealing for the most part with everything remotely, so when I flew in to town I was usually very time constrained. I was never left waiting and never canceled upon. 2. She is professional. All items where handled with the highest level of competence and expertise and I never had the slightest worry during the process. 3. She is meticulous. All records for appraisals/valuations, sales (item by item), donations and expenses where methodically kept and available for review. Additionally, I requested that at the end of the sale that she manage the cleanup of the property and I can't imagine someone else being able to do a better job. When I interviewed real estate agents they all commented on the cleanliness of property and noted that it would require no further work to be ready for market. 4. She produces results. It is now 8-5-23 and NO refund. They won't call you back, won't answer but every 4th or 5th e-mail saying the same thing. I reached someone by phone 2 times assuring me that it's been issued. Proxibid (whom I bought it through won't do anything) so I've contacted Texas Dept. of licensing and Regulations, sent them all correspondence and still nothing. If you like to be stolen from, then this is the place. I've read more bad reviews than positive and won't be buying a gun online ever again.
