Got the car but battery was beyond dead, more dead than what my little lithium battery powered jump starter could handle. Figured I'd call AAA since I've got the Premier plan so this tow home would be covered. Truck driver arrived 30 min later, and NOPE, apparently this is a "courtesy" tow as opposed to an "emergency" tow, which would NOT be covered since the car was not currently registered or insured. Apparently AAA doesn't do those anymore. I then called a towing company I recall seeing in one of the Facebook groups I'm in, and I'm quoted $190 for a 12 mile tow, but it'll be at least a 3 hour wait. Owner/dispatcher said he'd find out where his drivers are and will let me know. 30 minutes later and I still haven't heard back, and the wife was starting to get hangry. I finally find out that the driver was way out by Tucson and they wouldn't be able to come until 10:30 pm which was 7 hours later. Unfortunately, one of the front windows was open and with a dead battery I couldn't close it, and I just couldn't trust it left open as is until night time. While we were waiting to hear back on the location of the driver my wife found the Tow Guys on Yelp and was already in the middle of messaging Tony, who was very responsive and helpful. After finding out the first company wasn't going to work, my wife got a quote from Tony which was less than half what we were quoted from the first company. Not only that, as soon as we said ok Tony said the driver (Thomas) was en route. We hurried back from where we were about to grab something to eat 10 minutes away and minutes after we get back, Thomas arrives. I've had to get a few vehicles towed in my time (it's what you get when you have a bunch of old finicky German cars) and Thomas is the coolest tow truck driver I've ever met. Like, so cool we could be friends. He brings out this beast of a jump starter to try to jump start it so he could better line up the car. It starts, but the transmission issue pops up and is unable to be put into drive nor neutral. Thomas works his magic and is able to get it into neutral after a few minutes. A quick drive home and he's able to put it exactly where I need it to go. What started as a not so pleasant day turned out to be a great one. Easy and painless, as opposed to most times when you need a tow. I'm so glad the first company wasn't able to do the job so we were able to meet Thomas and we now have a "tow guy" we can trust, and everyone needs a tow guy they can trust! 10/10 would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I am planning on having them assist with future projects already ;)

This was a job that would require an honest, trustworthy, and fair auto body shop that was willing to fight for us with the insurance companies, and they did just that. When insurance wanted to cut corners, Phoenix Collision Center pushed back and demanded that we receive all new OEM parts on our brand new vehicle. They even met with the adjuster to show them all of the parts in person. They called me 3x a week to give me updates, even if they were just waiting on a part. It took over a month to repair my car due to all the damage, waiting on parts, and insurance company delays. I could always rest easy knowing we were in good hands. Thank you so much again for getting our car back to how it was before our accident and offering a lifetime warranty on all the work that was done. Truly an A+ experience!

Well, last night Friday, June, 10th 2023 we were taking the van out to grab dinner. It was my first ride in the van. I am medically disabled and on oxygen 24/7. So one of the main reasons we got such a nice vehicle was the stability of getting me places in comfort. We weren't but about a mile from home, going through a little construction, when we had a duel blowout on the right side. We got the van to the Circle K on the corner but we had no idea what to do then. It's Friday at 7 pm in central Phoenix. We have two 20" low-profile flat tires, our dog is with us and I was on my last tank of oxygen. We tried calling 3 local tire shops but none could come and help us. I called two different tow trucks but one said no and the other was going to take a couple hours. Needless to say, we tried many different ideas to get the tires fixed. We were just going to give up and get an Uber or Lyft home, even though I hated the idea of leaving our brand-new van in the Circle K parking lot overnight. Right then I came across Zonum Roadside assistance. Lux answered the phone after the second ring and I swear it felt like I was the main character in a movie. I explained the situation to him and he understood how nervous I was about running out of oxygen. He told me they could be to me in 20 mins. They would pop off and check both tires. If they needed work, they would drive back to their shop and fix or mount new tires. Then return to us within 45 minutes. We had called several places with no help and here Lux is telling me he would have the van fixed in almost less than an hour. That is less time than we had spent trying to get help in the first place. Not only that but the price was probably half of what I would have had to pay to get it towed to a shop. Well, not only did they get it done, but they did it faster than they claimed. I still had half a tank of oxygen when they were done. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. I tipped each guy $20 and paid the bill with my account. Like I said, I felt like the lead in a movie. Besides a small ding in the back right rim, you can't even tell anything happened. We will be saving their contact for any future mechanic work that we might require. I CAN NOT give them a high review. They deserve to get a full 5 stars , extremely friendly, professional, and at an incredibly reasonable if not cheap price. If you read this whole review and are still unsure. EXCUSE ME, I meant *line by line: 1. The 15 minutes call could have been a lot quicker if I ya'll could tell me what is included in that inspection. I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. When I called afterwards to find out nothing had been done. I was scoffed at for asking, "so how do we proceed from here?" the reply, "ughhhh, were busy now." And then silence. There never was an offer to come back out later or even another day. So I think the one truth throughout the entire response from After Hours Auto ans Truck: I told them I am leaving a review of my experience. Guess they took that as a threat. When in reality my intent was to warn others of the awful experience I had with Afrer Hours Auto and Truck. If you treat people right then you wouldn't have to worry about someone leaving a review! It's just bad business. Customers should be warned of yet another unprofessional mechanic!

Sent text, emailed and called to get receipt for the $400+ battery replacement. NO RESPONSE OR REPLY. When you pay this amount for a new battery, travel and labor, you WANT a receipt for warranty on the battery. I want and need my receipt. But he won't respond.
