I got this service a year ago when I was taking a trip to Arizona to see a concert last minute and my tire popped on the side of the road and it was honestly a terrifying day and I called around to a bunch of tow trucks and he was the only person who answered Our call and arrived within 45 minutes and not just that he also helped us dispose of the tire and find somebody nearby who can help change our tire. it was honestly such an amazing experience. Getting my car fixed and needed someone to transport my vehicle from my house to the shop. Chano was super responsive and set everything up. Showed up on time and was very careful with my classic vehicle. He was very friendly and even joked with my son. He delivered the car with no issues and was inexpensive. Had to tow my vehicle last minute. Showed up within 1 hour d/t already being at a tow job. He showed up promptly and kept in contact with me on his eta. Incredibly helpful!! I called Chano's towing after my cars timing belt snapped, I wasn't familiar with the area so I called a few shops/ tow trucks and I got 2 no answer and 1guy that had his tow truck in the shop. Chano's towing answered the phone very quickly and professionally. They do take credit or debit. He gave me a quote very fast and also offered me some advice on some shops he knew I the area but ultimately let me decide what I wanted. Since I do my own mechanic work and with some advice I opted to take my car back to my house to do the work myself. Chano's towing turned a terrible situation into a pleasant one. After going through two other tow services provided by insurance company because they either brought the wrong type of vehicle tow my BMW, and the other who was so rude and left me stranded, Chano's towing came through. We called after hours and Juan was so gracious to take my wife's call and was there within 20 minutes to take my car. Although he was 2 hours late from what he told me I think it was because he didn't think it was urgent since I did tell him I was going to leave it at the shop and that I was gunna be home the drop location) I would use this company again, since it is fairly priced. Chano is a life saver! He has had to tow my truck twice for me and was so helpful and understanding and made my day way better. I had tried to tow my truck myself using a uhaul but it was so expensive in the end because I had to rent the truck, trailer, insurance on both, load my car, unload, and fill the tank back up and was so much stress. Chano was super fast and towed my truck all the way from Scottsdale to GOODYEAR for me with no issues or anything and recommended a place to get it fixed. I am forever a customer. Great service at very reasonable prices, If you need your car towed or jumped DO NOT call anyone else except Chano's towing!! Juan arrived in less time than he said to jump our jeep but it was a bad alternator. Juan gave my husband & I a ride to our house and came back the next day to pick up our jeep and tow it to the dealer. So my truck breaks down and I need a tow. I searched for all the local tow companies here on Dysart. I only needed my truck towed a few blocks. I called Chanos and was given a price, but he told me there are 2 towing companies much closer. So I called them and they wanted way more. I called back and requested service from Juan. Back in 10-03-14 my wife's car overheated,we park the car at a quick trip store. Meantime went home to make Some calls to towing companies around goodyear. I Found Chano's towing he was really reasonable with the price while others charged double the amount -just to move the car from 99th ave & Van Buren to Dysart and Van Buren to the shop- Chano had told me that if I needed a second opinion that he had a auto shop that him and his partners we're working on building clientele. The next day 10-04-14 got a estimate on my car for a radiator --the price I got from the shop was really high --so I contacted the other shop (one stop auto shop) to get a second opinion --They got me a better rate like half of what I was going to pay,so I talk to chano's towing so they can move my car to the one stop auto shop my car was moved to the shop in Avondale -Chano was kind enough not to charge me...
