I was way out on Hunt Highway down by Florence when my car broke down in the middle of a huge dust storm. My insurance company connected me with Hollywood Towing. It took them a while to get down to where I was but they kept in touch. Their phone app was pretty cool. Like an Uber app, it displayed their eta and showed the map with the current location of the tow truck. The driver also called me twice to provide updates on his progress. The driver when he got there with a flatbed truck was very professional and left me with confidence that the car would be delivered to the dealership without any issues. read more

What a day! As I wrote this review it is 115 degrees. Not fun for the people required to work in the AZ summer heat. So many people are agitated, hot, dehydrated and want AC!!! James arrived on time, texted, and called. He was very kind and courteous. His rig was well taken care of, clean, and looked new- we all want a tow truck that is well maintained right? I believe if they take care of their property well then they will take care of mine wet too. There was constant and easy contact the entire time from booking to pickup. It only took minutes for him to get my vehicle loaded on the flat bed. He was nice and made sure all was good before he took off. I want to THANK Hollywood Towing for taking care of my Honda VTX1300. I didn't have to wait too long for the tow to arrive. The shop sent the perfect tow driver; Steven. He was very professional & knowledgeable. With spokes on my back tire, it made securing my bike a little more challenging. But, Steven made sure my bike was properly secured. This made me feel very comfortable. And when we got to my home, Steven help me push my bike up a curb to get it into my garage. Very appreciative. However, the best part was driving in the cab of his truck. Steven enjoys his music. The system he has in his cab was amazing. The sound was incredible. It was pumping & thumping in the cab. A great sound system that I was very envious. I only wish the drive to my house was longer. Thanks again for sending Steven. In the event of avoiding an accident, I swerved to get away from a truck that had veered into my lane and I ended up with a flat tire. This was at 6:15 PM. Not the best time to have a flat tire. I managed to pull myself off the highway and just down a little dead-end street. I was put in touch with Hollywood towing from Scottsdale and spoke with Colton. Colton was extremely kind reassuring and let me know he would be there within 30 minutes and he was actually there before 30 minutes. He was polite and considerate. I immediately felt safe and reassured that Colton was looking after me. I cannot thank Colton enough for taking such good care of me during what was a pretty stressful situation.
