I had fine experiences here during Covid testing and for an employment screening, so when I started having some issues, I decided to return due to its convenient location. Well I regret it because it has been nothing but a nuisance since. I showed up right at open on a Saturday and was promptly seen. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics. I called the pharmacy at lunch to see when they would be ready but they informed me 1st choice had called in the wrong thing and needed to contact the pharmacy to correct it. Well they closed at 12 and did not reopen until Monday. 2 full business days later and numerous phone calls to 1st choice (on hold for 40min and counting as I write this) and still no corrected prescription. This is crazy and ridiculously unprofessional. Their error has led to me having to wait days in pain with an infection. read more

They took very good care of me, they followed up texting the next day and checking in to see how I was. They gave very helpful information as I was on vacation here, they directed me to the nearest ER and told me what to do when I get home. The nurse and doctor did a great job. read more

I had never heard of this facility but found on my insurance carriers website while searching estimated costs. Their rates are half what other urgent cares would have cost me! They also took me in last minute before trying to close up. I'm in customer service and it kills me when someone walks in the door 10 mins before closing but they welcomed me with a smile and took care of my needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. I arranged and payed for a drug screening with Accredited Drug testing and this was the clinic they sent me to. I went there twice, an hour each way, and twice they failed to provide the service I paid for. Be careful if you use this place, very disorganized. read more

We have always had a great experience here. The doctors have always been nice, but today I dealt with a very rude staff. I had gone in the day before for an infected bite. I had a great experience with the PA. She informed me to come back the next day for a recheck. I came in today and was told I had to pay AGAIN $125. I had to speak to the officer manager, since the woman at the front desk was very rude and wouldn't discuss the issue further. I was told that since the night before wasn't considered surgical I had to pay today as another visit. If I was told that yesterday, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming in, since it was starting to get better. BEWARE! Ask if they tell you to come in if you will be charged. I don't plan on coming here again. $250 in two days is ridiculous. I could have just gone to my PCP for a lot less. read more

The staff is rude and have no knowledge on how to perform x Rays on elderly with previous hip fractures. They over charge the elderly stating Medicare does not cover when I called Medicare they said the procedure was covered and should have been a co pay of 50 dollars and not the 150 dollars they charged me taking advantage that I needed the X-ray beware of excess charges and verify with your health ins. If I could give a lower rating than 1 I would! This place is horrible! We waited for 2 hrs and 15 minutes before I ended up asking for my co-pay to be refunded and left without being seen. The receptionist was very rude and a bad attitude was radiating from her. She never apologized for the ridiculously long wait. She only said that they were busy and there were other patients ahead of us being seen. Although while we waited in the waiting room, patients ahead of us were called back, seen, and within minutes were leaving. I can say confidently that I will not return to this urgent care and will discourage others as well. read more

Please be sure you check out this Urgent Care before you go!! For the second time we have been very disappointed in the care and the ethics of this facility. First, my husband called to come in and they stated they would be open till 8:00PM, he was there at 7:00PM and the doors were already closed. Yesterday, my daughter went in for the 2nd time (since she is not any better) and not only did she have to wait 2 1/2 just to be put in a room, when I went in to check on her, the front staff looked at each other and stated "do we have anyone back there?" I said, you better I have been waiting outside!! they finally gave her a Strep test that she should have had over 2 weeks ago, of course it was Neg now, she suffered through that for the past 2 weeks. I am sorry it is a shame when you can get seen quicker by the ER, and they take better care of you. I was outside waiting and seen just how many people when in and out and there was NO excuse for the time they take to see patients. I highly recommend you just to the ER ...MUCH BETTER CARE!! read more

I called ahead of showing up with my 2 year old. I was told to come on in. After I arrived, I was told it would be 45 minutes before we were seen. After waiting well over 2 hours, they told me that it may be another 45 minutes. I will never go back to this walk in. I asked if I could take my 2 year old home(2 minutes away) and they call me when it was close to our turn, and they looked at me like I was crazy. They didn't wipe any of their equipment down between patients, and I didn't see anyone washing their hands. Oh, they also tried to double the co-pay that they collected from me. When I corrected them, they just said the system was down(the co-pay amount was on my card). I think they are incompetent, inconsiderate, and crooks. read more

If I could give a negative 5 on the rating I would.. First the staff was rude, the nurse practitioner had zero patient skills and her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. She was rough and callous in handling a lower back injury. Then when x rays were taken the nurse didn't offer any help getting the patient, who was using a walk, until patient requested an arm. She acted put out at the request. After xrays were over she offered no assistance to PT, just said "take your time". I've gotten more compassion from my dogs vet. When leaving nurse practitioner ordered disc of xray to be sent with PT. PT was told " Let me finish checking out this patient" pt had to wait 1/2 hour while the receptionist finished checking out several invisible people. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever! read more
