I didn't go in with my father as I am disabled and he said I didn't need to go inside with him. When he got into the car he didn't have the picture frame no picture. I asked him where they were and he said they told him he had to leave them and they would finish it for him and he could pick up the picture tomorrow. Then, while we were driving home I asked, how much did they charge you for the glass? $65! I couldn't believe he said $65. I wanted to go back and get the picture frame back but he said they were going to finish the framing for him. The next day my mother and I went back and he told me $65 and my mother told him that was excessive, & he just said $65! So I asked for a military discount. At first he just repeated the $65 then he said $50. Stills total ripoff and the framing wasn't completed as expected. He said we just do glass we don't frame. I'll never recommend nor use them again for anything. Took advantage of the elderly and the veterans. Disgusting!!!
