Had the designer come out to he house in May of 2022.Measured doors we picked out doors etc. Put down the deposit. was told doors would be ready in September. September comes no call from Chapman. I call them with no response at all. The customer service and response from Chapman was awful a zero. Finally get a date for installation which ends up to be December of 2022, 3 months after I was told doors would be in. after many calls from me to set up install no calls from Chapman ever . They come with the door finally and the door was measured wrong by the designer. They have to order a new door. Installer said he was supposed to have come out and measured again before doors were ordered which never happened. Installer was amazing. New door comes in of course I had to call Chapman they never called me to tell me doors were in. Scheduled a date again . Chapman screwed up installation date a few more times. Today Chapman finally came out to put the last piece on the door . Products are very good and our installer was excellent!!! Chapman customer service and support was awful. They never called me I always reached out to them. Never confirmed appt . Not sure I would ever use them again

I called them at 3pm on the day of their scheduled visit, and it was obvious they'd completely forgotten about me). Then their $400 estimate struck me as high, so I called Del Val. My Del Val contact, Mark, asked thorough questions. Both times his guys showed up (for the assessment and then the installation), it was within minutes of the scheduled time. Final repair cost me $195 - Mark's exact estimate - and the window looks great. Service guys were friendly and quick. The next time apocalyptic weather conditions affect my casa, I'm calling these DelVal first.

On the day prior to my project I received a confirmation call and email from the office that provided a timeline of events to expect on Installation day - from when the work crew would show up to when the dumpster and materials would arrive. Installation day - The work crew showed up on time. They were very professional, friendly and took the extra precautions to avoid mishaps. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there - all the debris had been removed! Tom, the owner came out for final expection prior to the crew wrapping up for the day. And even he was professional, confident, friendly, and took the time to review our project in detail and answer any questions we had. The next day, Tom returned for final expection and to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I was so excited, I couldn't stop talking about how wonderful of a job his company did! (I had no experience with this company prior to my call for this service.) Sunbeam Window & Glass is in their network. First I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The technician was prompt, courteous and took pride in his job and was very detail oriented! He had put shoe covers over his boots prior to entering my house. There was a two step process. First appointment was for measurement and estimate. They require a deposit if you are happy with the estimated price. Two weeks later the second appointment was for the window install. My install took roughly 40 minutes. The technician, is the man!I wont name drop, but this company has my business from here on out! The technician,(Ok, first name only) Eric is a great representative for this company! This company also fabricates and installs other types of glass products as well. We've been wanting to change the color ever since we moved in and they're was several areas where it was simply breaking apart that needed to be fully removed. They made the whole process super easy. Came out, gave us an estimate that came in lower than the previous contractor, offered the styles and colors we wanted, so we went with them and they got right to work. They were onsite and getting started within a week. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Its googld to find someone we could trust to get things done while we were out at work. They just have a level of professionalism that we didn't see with other contractors. We'll definitely be reaching out again this summer to replace our old wood windows with a full upgrade. It's great having someone local nearby who can get things done quickly and right.
