Its disintegrating into flakes and grey dust making my patio furniture dirty and ruining it. No matter how many times I work to take the flakes and dust off, it keeps flaking. I have bought bluestone that never flaked or failed in 30 years... Failed Bluestone is under cover so its not the elements of weather but we all know it took millions of years to make. The reviews on here and other sites are not recent. I thought I would support a local business. Spent $5K . They kept repeating to look at my invoice that tells me the products are natural with imperfections. Imperfections are one thing but flaws and failure are another. To sell a defective product is not right. I expect a replacement for the failed pieces but of course, they hung up on me and never addressed my grievance.

Abandoned Project, No Communication, No Refund…read more In Sept. 2025, we hired this company and paid a deposit for lawn mowing + fertilization for the remaining of 2025 and the 2026 season, aeration and to fill a depression in the backyard and overseed. Michael Ruggiero and his fiancée Danielle came out in the middle of October to perform the aeration and overseeding. They never mowed or filled in the depression in the backyard. We have been trying to contact them since Nov. 2025 by utilizing the e-mail address and phone numbers which they provided to us. To date as of March 2026, they haven't replied to any of the messages which we have left them. We have also sent them a certified letter with no response. There has been no communication from their side. They are holding on to part of our deposit which they haven't done any work for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unreliability. Also, the fact that they are holding on to our money for services not provided and no refund. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend them for any landscaping work. DD and AMD

Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right.
