I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. Just the heavy things I can't do myself. I was charged $742. My original quote was $405-$565. They wanted to say it's because of the 2 hour drive that was "not included." Which was already in the quoted price where it says it's included! I provided an image that says it was included. I had to argue with the movers and speak with a supervisor. I had moved an entire house for $700 before. So for a single room move for $742 is nuts. Also need to mention they will lie about the time on the detailed receipt that they worked more hours than how long it really took. The time from start to finish was 9:00 to 11:00. So be alert to look at that. Also lied that they were charging more because they were "assembling" my bed frame, which they indeed did not and I didn't need them too. So I ended up paying $600. Which is still more than the quoted price and an hour long interaction about the pricing.
