Despite having to reschedule the actual date (due to illness), the office staff was very supportive and accommodating. Great company to work with. A little pricey but everything is these days. The two employees that arrived for the first stage of our move provided unbelievable service in clearing our attic of 32 years of accumulation along with the previous owners belongings. They worked non stop on the tremendous task that involved going up and down two flights of stairs and placing all items under tents on the property for an up and coming estate sale. I should mention that it was hot and humid which made it all the more difficult. We had a long-distance move from Maine to Florida. Josh, Justin, and the crew provided a very reasonable quote. When Justin arrived at the storage unit, he and his crew were extremely efficient. They tagged and labeled each item and recorded the condition of the items prior to loading. On the delivery end, Caleb was an amazing one-man show. He unloaded, unwrapped, and placed all our items where we requested. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and a hard worker. He worked alone and unloaded everything within a couple of hours. All this while going up two flights of stairs! I'd say I'd hire them again, but I'm really hoping not to move anytime soon! read more

I called several companies to see if any of them could move my friend out before the end of the month. CAC of Dover, NH, were the first who could arrange it. The office staff was friendly, Josh got back to me quickly, I filled him in on the details. We sent him a video the next day since we would not be able to meet ahead of time, Two great guys arrived early and we met them at the door of the apartment house. They inquired at the office about parking the truck out front, nearest her apartment, which was fine, brought boxes in and got to work. My husband and I tried our best to keep up with them, as we had to look through her belongings to see what I would take directly and what needed to go into storage. They even packed my car for me. Seth and Caleb worked steadily all morning without a break. Their packing was excellent, they were well organized and intent on getting the job done right. What a pleasure! What an amazing experience! Our move was very last minute (something we don't recommend) but Calling All Cargo didn't turn us away! They shifted their team around, found coverage and made it happen! Worst moving company out there! Stay clear of this company. I was having my house contents moved from Concord, NH to a storage unit in Dover, NH. Josh cane gave a reasonable quote. Come moving day, they were over an hour late and didn't let me know. Four guys of which three had worked the day before til 1 in the morning so all grumpy and tired. No team work and worked individually. Left my front door open for 6 hours in freezing cold weather (December) because the guy upstairs occasionally used it. The guy upstairs was dropping boxes so hard I thought he would come through the floor. Two guys in basement kept asking what else had to be cleared out even though I said EMPTY THE BASEMENT. Supervisor in the kitchen did the worst job packing. He even packed fresh food and my butter dish with butter in it. The supervisor kept talking about how he got a new job and he was leaving this company. He was slowest & worst packer. Placing heavy stuff on top of glass and fragile items. He kept going through my stuff & saying things like "oo, you have assassins creed", opening up sealed 5 gallon food. He packed the boxes so heavy I could barely move them & I am disabled. I just wanted them gone. It took them forever & they left stuff they were supposed to take & left a mess. They also had to stop & empty a small half full 10x10 storage unit. I got to the storage unit & waited for them for 15-20 min to show up, they had to drop of one of their guys apparently. Once they emptied that they left for Dover. I went to my storage unit the next day & it was disaster! They literally threw everything in there! they had a chest freezer on top of a generator, I had asked them to place certain things near the door & it was buried. I had never seen such disrespect they showed for my belongings. I contacted them explaining what I saw and experienced. They had to send two movers out the following week to finish taking the stuff they forgot and to "reorganize" my unit. The second guys were great! Wish I had them first. When i went to my unit after they "reorganized" It was still a mess. I couldn't get to anything! I took pictures & contacted them & did the back & forth with Josh. They damaged my mattress, which they did eventually compensated me for, but because it was over 10 days since the move, loads of other stuff that was damaged, i was told I couldn't file a claim. My bed frame was bent at the connector and I was told to just bend it back. I am a Veteran and chose the company because its veteran owned. I was told the owner wanted to talk to me when this happened, but he never did even after the numerous phone calls. The last email Josh sent was to say we paid for your mattress, we're done. So I was pretty much told not to contact them any further. I literally had a PTSD relapse because of the stress & told them so. Please save yourself undue stress & aggravation & go somewhere else. UPDATE: My Move was Dec 2018, 1 yr 2 mos ago, NOT two years. It has taken me this long to write this review due to the stress & anxiety it causes me to this day. I have been unable to return to my storage unit for 6 months due to the anxiety it causes me. Every time I go there I find additional damaged items, which was my concern with the 10 day claim window. They did send movers to repack the storage & I was not satisfied, which I told Josh & he responded, "I went to the storage unit to reorganize it with 2 other movers, so no need to meet there again." & "I am sorry that after our additional efforts you aren't completely satisfied with our moving services. We are trying to make it better. We clearly aren't perfect, but no mover is. I still think we are the best movers out there. I can only hope that with the coming credit for your mattress and all the other services we have performed, we can close this claim." I was clearly dismissed. If I had received the level of service that was promised me, this review would be completely different. The reimbursement for the damaged mattress, the reorganizing of the storage unit, additional movers sent to collect my belongings left behind, failure to pack my belongings in the boxes I provided, WHICH were returned to me unused. All of this should have been done properly and professionally the FIRST TIME, as promised and paid for. I did inform Josh and MIKE, immediately that I was not satisfied and that there was other damage, to which Josh replied, "In terms of the claim, we have submitted something for the mattress but the additional items like the lamp & the bent bedframe cant be processed now because your window expired after 10 days (Dec 18). It can be bent back though." Mike ONLY attempted to contact me AFTER this YELP review. If he really wishes to, my email remains the same. I am not TRYING to make this company look bad. Five years ago I used this company, because of advertised military ownership. One of the workers didn't show up, so a man and a kid moved me from my house. Everything arrived intact. I felt bad and tipped them well after they told me what they got paid for a days work. I called this company again, for an estimate to move a one bedroom apt. First floor to first floor. I have a quarter of the items I had then, and zero major pieces of furniture except Qbed, and recliner. (I sold my LR set) ( I sold my washer) ( I am leaving my fridge and dryer) No appliances except an AC unit on wheels. This estimate was well over three times the other one AND I have way less things. It is all almost packed already. He (Josh) told me he estimates high. THAT is the understatement of the century. I felt like this was a bait and switch rehearsed answer to my questioning why He was writing 50 of this and writing 'cooler' for a lunch box and 'appliances' for a rolling ac unit I can pick up myself. I warn you from this company. I have lost faith they are fair. No where on that estimate did they note I was military either. I told them several times. I will not be using them this move.
