Bish's RV Of Coldwater - The extremely rude service manager pushed on it and it broke.

They stopped the trailer shake, a lot more sturdy and safe for people coming in and out. Also, she told me they were easy to install... and they were exactly that. My family purchased a camper from your dealership on May 30, and unfortunately our experience since…read morethen has been nothing but one issue after another. First, we still have not received our license plates. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for the four nights we had to stay in a hotel when we brought the camper back for repairs after only one day of owning it. When I wanted to return it before 72 hours they would return calls and were accommodating now that I'm past 72 hours of being able to return it they won't call me back, and they are extremely rude, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one has contacted me regarding this reimbursement. Additionally, I financed the camper through my own lender and was told the GAP insurance would be canceled. That still has not been done. The biggest issue has been the repeated repairs. The slide-out is once again not working correctly after your service department repaired it, and it is now cutting into the flooring. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of time and money we have already invested trying to get these issues corrected. We purchased this camper because our home is currently under renovation and we needed a place for our family to stay and eventually to do travel nursing in. Instead, we have been left with a camper that has spent more time needing repairs than being usable. To date, I have made five trips to your Coldwater location, spending hours driving back and forth and paying for diesel fuel, only to be treated poorly by management and the service department. On one occasion, we were told the camper was repaired and drove all the way there to pick it up. After waiting over two hours, we discovered it had not been fixed correctly. Because I had to leave for my night shift at work and my family needed somewhere to sleep that evening, we had no choice but to take the camper home even though the repairs were incomplete. The attitude and customer service from parts and management have been extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for repeated repair issues, we have been treated as though we are the problem. I have tried to be patient and reasonable throughout this process, but I have reached the point where I need these issues resolved. At this point, I am requesting the following: Immediate repair of the slide-out and any resulting floor damage. An update on when our license plates will be issued. Reimbursement for the four hotel nights as promised. Immediate cancellation of the GAP insurance. A point of contact who will communicate with us and ensure these issues are resolved properly. Since the camper is our temporary housing while our home is under renovation, I also expect the dealership to provide or pay for reasonable accommodations while the camper is in your possession for repairs. We should not have to bear additional lodging expenses because of ongoing warranty issues and repeated unsuccessful repair attempts. We have acted in good faith throughout this process, but the repeated delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and treatment we have received are unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response within the next few business days with a plan and timeline to resolve each of these issues. Thank you,

When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

My slide had to be removed for repairs and, because of manufacturing defects, some rotted floor had to be replaced, and some other issues along with electrical (again, a dealer caused problem). I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Even though they are 1,000 miles from my house, I will save any major repair that can make it here until I am on a trip so they can work on it. Very happy customer here.

The work was scheduled in a timely manner however, the son of the owner came to do the work. He did not have materials and did not start until 11 am. I questioned why he did not level the trailer before repairing the tresses. He said it did not matter. He was a pleasant person but around 230 said he needed to go get his child. He said he would come and finish the next day. It looked like it was going to storm so I suggested we put the particle board inside. He said he needed to go but would cover it up. I moved all the boards inside by myself before it stormed. I was unable to be on site the next day. The trailer was leveled however the front room was not finished (tresses). We Hired another contractor to finish. He stated the obvious that the leveling should have been done first. It created a lot more work since only part of the room was done before leveling. The owner would not return any calls nor emails. Avoid this company. Poor workmanship.dishonest..and unresponsive. I would give them a one half star!

Sadly, we didn't read the review before hiring Lee to add an addition to our cottage. Lee became a…read morefriend, but unfortunately gave the job to his son. We loved the addition but it took forever, and was done haphazardly...eg..carpet installed before work was done, resulting in wear and tear on the carpet. Nothing is squared, so closets don't close, doors are crooked. The thing that bother us most? 2 years later it costs us another 1500$ to correct electrical problems. We tried unsuccessfully to reach Lee and Paul to rectify, no response...our cottage could have burned down because of shoddy work installing a dryer...and our extended warranty we paid for on the dryer? Can't use because some one sawed a hole in the side to connect the dryer vent hose. None of the switches had electrical boxes,, we had to completely redo our circuit box.. drywall shows cracks at the tape..My list is long, and heartbreaking...we trusted Lee...what a disappointment.
