I had just purchased the vehicle the day before and it overheated and stopped on my way from Chicago. I got to the shop at 6:55am and my service was completed by 7:55am. They identified the issued and fixed me up. Brent was very personable and overall a bright human being. I enjoyed talking with him while I waited. Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.

After my car broke down, I had it towed (private tow company) to Eagleson's. They had room for the tow truck to safely and effortlessly park my car. They provided a key drop box where I supplied my keys and a note giving my information. I called the next morning (Monday) and explained the situation and I was told that they would do their best to get my car back to me as fast as possible even though they were understaffed. Tuesday, I received a call for the approximate cost (which was a more than fair cost). Wednesday, I received a call saying the car's repairs were completed and that I can pick my car up at anytime. With a quick payment and great customer service my car is all set to go. Keep in mind this turn around was in 4 days and the people at Eagleson's treated me with extreme kindness and honesty. If you are in the LaGrange or surrounding areas, I highly recommend Eagleson's Auto services!
