Driver did not call me luckily, I was sitting in my truck and heard the flatbed rolling down the road the driver pulls up I told the guy it was in kind of a weird spot, and we could put it in neutral and roll it out for easier access or whatever he though. I thought being the professional he was he would've known what was best so upon loading it he almost punctured the driver's side rear tire on the bed and came very close to scratching my rim. but here comes the best part the icing on the cake he loads it totally sideways straps the front of the truck down with the winch on still but didn't strap the rearend down the whole way to the dealership it was going to I could see the truck shifting around!! because it wasn't secured properly if I could attach pictures I would. I immediately turned around and brought it back. After looking at it, they told me I had a rusted brake line. I don't believe that was the case. They had been working in that same area, and I believe the brake line was damaged while they were servicing my truck. To make matters worse, the tune-up itself was not done correctly. My truck still doesn't run right. I took the truck back so they could make it right under their 2-year parts and labor warranty, but I got no help. I dropped it off at 7:00 a.m., left it there all day, and when I returned, they told me they couldn't get it in and said, "Try again tomorrow." That's not standing behind your work or honoring your warranty. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I had told them I couldn't pay the $924.00 bill when I picked it up last Friday. I'm sure they wouldn't have accepted that excuse, yet they expected me to accept theirs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I expected quality work, accountability, and customer service. Instead, I left with a brake problem, a tune-up that wasn't done right, and a warranty that, in my experience, meant nothing. Please beware of this shop. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting them with your vehicle.

I took my truck in because it was leaking oil. They replaced the valve cover gasket, called me up…read moreand said my vehicle was done. I drove it home and it was still leaking oil. I immediately took it back they looked at it again, this time they told me there was a crack in the valve cover itself. Why they didn't catch that the first time I don't know. So they put new valve covers on. They charged me $700.00 labor both times, first to change the valve cover gasket then the second time to replace the valve cover. They should have replaced the cracked valve cover the first time when they replaced the gasket. I felt they should have discounted some of the labor on my second trip there. I didn't expect them to do it for free, but to charge me $700.00 both times was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I explained why he said that no one would do that. I explained that I have Astma and would have to get the inside detailed. He said he would get the Lysol I told him 3 times the truck wasn't here when he came outside to spray the lysol he said the truck isn't even here, I said I told you that. He told me you bring your truck back and I will f....ing fix it. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. the worst customer service.
