So.. I came back for a full one hour body massage which is 55.00 in my first review I mistakenly wrote 45.00 but to clarify for the full one hour it is 55.00 and you have a private room with a curtain and it is very clean with fresh linen on table. My masseuse this time was Anna. I came in a day early than my scheduled appointment because my sciatica and piriformis syndrome went into a full flare. So glad they had opening, I didn't even have to wait was taken back to a room right away. My masseuse was fantastic, she was able to get on top of me and use her knees in my lower back and hips and loosen up my tight muscles. She worked so hard with a combination of different techniques from elbows to forearms this manual manipulation was so much needed to help calm down my pain. I do not like to use man made medicines and believe in more of a natural approach if you have pain this place is to be considered as another modality along with stretching and exercises to strengthen the area or troublesome muscoskeletal issue you might have. If I could give a million dolllars it wouldn't feel like I gave her enough money as a tip because you cannot put a price on feeling good or better. Very clean and each time we have walked in (with no appointment) they get us right in. My only complaint is a couple of the gals I have had use too much pressure and they don't speak enough English to let them know they are hurting me. They advertise reflexology on a big sign, but when I asked, no one there has had a single hour of actual reflexology training. It's just sort of barely massage, no real reflexology. False advertising! They also seem confused as to why we would ask that question, and didn't seem to understand why we thought that might be important, given their big sign outside. This has been the best massage I've ever had. I am a healthcare employee and I pick up and move heavy patients and hospital equipment all day. I live with a bad back and just ignore it. I have seen this place so many times while shopping at Frys, I just decided to try it. My husband and I have a membership at a Massage Envy and I like it, but it's never anything special. This place is. For the first time in years I was pain free. We got the two hour massage special. $88 can't beat that! The room was dark, the music was audible but not blaring, and although our rooms were separated by a curtain, I still felt my privacy was being taken care of. Linda did my massage and when she asked me how I wanted it I said hard. No joke, she was on the table on her knees kneading my back. It hurt but it also felt good. I went home and spent the day pain free. I went for my second massage today and I will go weekly if I can keep it in my budget. It was clean, the linen was fresh, I got a hot stone rub included and they do some craniosacral manipulation on your head and also a foot massage that was awesome. Linda was my therapist and Lee was my husbands. Both of them were great. We will definitely be back. read more

Had a terrible reflexology foot massage here as a walk in. The guy clearly knew nothing about acupressure points and only rubbed my lower legs with lotion. When I complained that he wasn't doing pressure points the front desk said there was nothing they could do. I paid but gave no tip. Never going back. read more

When I arrived, Christine (that's what she said her name was)was on a personal phone call outside the establishment. I had to wait until she's done with her personal call before she attended to me I have been at this location numerous times and had gotten excellent service. I mentioned to Christine that the last time I was there the lady that massaged me never used her hands , all elbows. She asked me who it was and I could not remember the name and her response was"you should remember her name". I think she was a little upset that she had to make her phone call short because I'm waiting. She's unhelpful and very short on her answers. She just wanted to get me started so she can get back to her personal call again. Also when my husband picked me up, there was no seating available because all the employees were sitting at the reception area. I believe the owner was not there because I have never seen them hanged out on the waiting area. My husband had to wait outside. The only good thing about this visit was my masseuse Winston. Called ahead for 2 0 minutes and the man said no problem! Got there 30 mins later and was immediately brought into a room. My 60 minute reflexology massage was pretty great especially for the affordable price. My only complaint was the weird hair pulling part of the massage. We both had a better experience and better quality massage than we have had at the chain membership places. English is limited so don't expect to give them any information or details about yourself. I crawled into the bed and immediately felt something cold and wet on the sheet below me. I got up and inspected it closer. Fearing the worst, I smelled the area and it was semen! I had laid down in someone's semen. I had been placed in a room without fresh linens. Update: The owner has contacted me. She was extremely apologetic and explained the struggles they have with those seeking illegal favors and the efforts they make to make it safe for their employees and other patrons. While it appears there is nothing illegal being done- they did not change the sheets. The owner has spoken to her staff and refunded money from a previous service. read more

Both times I went to Fuwa for a 60 min massage was a high-quality experience in every respect. I scheduled an appointment this time and the front desk person Wang communicated the focus areas for my massage. Everything is very clean and the music is pleasant. It's good that there is very little noise and someone that speaks English. Wang asked about my massage at checkout and was genuinely interested in his customer having a good experience. I'll continue to go to Fuwa after trying out Chi Massage with mixed results. read more

I was looking for a Reflexology Spa when i came across this business. I paid for the 60 minute reflexology treatment. First of all there are no private "rooms" there are just curtains hanging to make you separate from the next person. It is very dark and does not smell like a spa at all. The guy approached me and did not introduce himself just told me to lay down and i put my feet in this bucket that was lined with a plastic bag filled with warm water. He began to massage my face... and then scratch my head? it was the weirdest thing. He then moved to my neck arms and fingers. It was not relaxing, but i was looking forward to the "reflexology" part so i stuck it out.... once he got to my feet it just got worse. the pressure was WAY too hard and he never once did any type of pressure points... the portion on my feet lasted about 8 minutes... then he dried my feet off with a paper towel. He continued to massage my legs and thighs and then told me to flip over on to my stomach. he then massaged my back, legs and butt. He also used his elbow in my back. This place is a joke. They do not know what they are doing. He never did the same thing twice on either side of my body. That is a dead give away that he had NO CLUE what he was doing. I felt like my back was bruised for two days following the service. It smells in the building and the lotion or whatever oil they use stinks as well. Needless to say... I will never go back and I do not recommend this place. Don't waste your $40 bucks on this place. read more

Please read before going in. On 6/8/19, I went to Fuwa Reflexology where I had gone every week for three months. This time I had a guy. Not a big deal. I went in, got undressed, and got under the blanket. They always ask if you are ready before they come in. I hear someone ask if I'm ready, but I wasn't sure if they were talking to me and I didn't answer. He came in anyway. Immediately, he was very rough. I asked him to be more gentle and he laughed. Then he spent no less than ten minutes just kneading my butt. At least 5 minutes on one cheek, then 5 minutes on the other. It felt very wrong. But I was too nervous to speak up. Then he starts giving me a strange massage. He would spend like 5 minutes just rolling his arm really hard on an area of my back. I asked him to be more gentle. He laughed again. I asked him a total of 4 times to be more gentle. He laughed each time and was never more gentle. The pressure was very hard, and the only times he used his hands, it was very rough and fast. This went on for 2 hours. Afterwards, I told the receptionist about it politely. He asked if I had asked him to be more gentle. I told him I had asked him to 4 times. He said he would discuss it with him. I paid the $98. When the receptionist asked if I was going to leave him a tip, I said no because he didn't listen to my wishes. I didn't go back until today. I called and told them about my experience. The receptionist remembered me and said he didn't think the guy knew what he was doing. I told him I didn't think it was fair to pay $98 when I was basically assaulted for 2 hours. He said I could request females in the future, and I said, "Yes, but I'm wondering what can be done, because I don't feel it's fair that I paid $98 for that." He said they would give me back half in cash or give me half off a massage. I had never had a bad experience before this, so I thought, "I'll have the massage. Life has been extra stressful." I go in and I have a weird feeling, but thought I was being paranoid. I get the massage and it is a woman. I am hyper aware this whole time. She was very nice and considerate. I noticed that on two occasions, someone opened the curtain and they said something to each other. That's never happened before. I am on my back with about 15 minutes left of my 2 hour massage when a woman comes in and she and the girl switch places. I could see it from under the cloth on my eyes. But I tried to justify it. Maybe she had another customer? Dunno why they couldn't wait 15 minutes, though. I let it go. The massage is done, I go up to pay. I mention the masseur switch. The receptionist doesn't explain it, but I ask her to please make sure they each get part of the tip. I leave, and there is the guy who messaged me last time outside! Just looking at his phone! I go to my car, and something told me not to drive, cuz the only way to get out without him seeing my license plate is to back straight down the row. He is just standing there and looking at his phone and looking around and looking toward my car sometimes. 10-15 minutes pass. I am on the phone with my mom, who agrees not to leave where he can see my plate. I see a woman who works there cross from somewhere and towards the shop. She talks to him, he gestures towards my car a couple times, she goes inside, and then he follows. I immediately leave, backing out down the aisle just in case. This was all very scary. Why was he out there? Why would the establishment tell him not to be out there when my massage is done? Why was he not out there smoking or talking on the phone, just literally looking at his phone. Why did he not leave for 15 minutes after I got in my car?! Why did he not even apologize? I don't care how reasonable the prices are, this is not cool and this is not okay. I was not super triggered originally, but I did feel disrespected. I don't know what they are doing about this guy, but clearly they didn't reprimand him or make sure he didn't come in contact with me again. I did not feel safe and was terrified of being followed the whole way home. I don't know this man's name, but he is a stocky and bald Asian man. read more

Terrible! With no introduction to the person selected to provide services to me, I was escorted into a curtained room so dark that I could barely see a thing. A man motioned for me to sit on a low cot and put my feet into a bucket of what I assume was water. I tried to explain which services I wanted but he just ignored me while he hunted for something. When he found what he was looking for--a remote control device of some sort--it was broken so he opened the curtain and pointed to a very questionable-looking massage chair in the hall. Again, I tried to explain what I needed but he wouldn't give me any eye contact and he just continued jabbing at the the air in the direction of the chair. I responded that, if he didn't want to talk to me, I would leave. He was not at all motivated to communicate with me and I got out of there as quickly as I could. I definitely WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone. If only I could give it negative stars! read more

I adore adore adore adore this place. There are a few things that you should know. First...they prefer cash, to keep prices down due to debit and credit card charges. They will accept debit and credit but cash is preferred. Second...they are not like traditional massage businesses that take a health history. There also aren't any gentle transitions per se. I personally don't mind this, since I've had massage before and I know my issues, however if you have any health issues, pregnancy, or are used to something smooth and less jarring, this may not be the place for you. Third, there is a limited English proficiency among the staff. They know some basic English but by an large they are limited with English. They do understand when you need less pressure I found, and the person who answers the phone does speak very good English but the accent is a bit difficult to understand. I was able get a 120 combo package massage the same day. I was very impressed at this! I was taken back immediately after confirming my package. A towel was used to cover me....not a traditional blanket, and while it was moved around I did feel somewhat more exposed vs the traditional "expose only the area being massaged" procedure that most therapists do. Her pressure was excellent, everything massage wise was excellent. It did feel kind of fast and, while not rushed, it just felt faster. The whole 120 mins were used and I wish they had done more traditional Chinese reflexology on my feet instead of Western but next time I want learn the Chinese phraseology for that so I can explain that to the therapist. Overall, as I said, I will DEFINITELY go back...the price and quality are great. For the three reasons above though, I can't say this is a place for everyone. read more

Walked in with no reservation and no wait time at all. The staff was friendly and polite from start to finish. The full body massage was heavenly. Keep in mind it is a reflexology massage so they definitely work your pressure points in all parts of your body. My masseuse always asked if the pressure was alright and changed accordingly to my response. The environment was calm, music was soothing and I kind of left my body for an hour.
