1st impression is a great place for kids. It offers Hip hop, Drill and Cheer Teams for all ages. They teach all skill levels so you see your child grow and learn so many new things. Coaches are all very nice, professional and helpful. They are knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond for the kids. My daugther has been attending Cheer here for the past 5 years. She had never done cheer before and she loved it from day one. Here you become a part of a family, it's just not a team. You as a parent will be involved and be a part of your child's growth in the sport. If you are looking for a place to take your child, this is an awesome place to take them to.

My daughter has been in cheer for almost 4 years and have nothing but kind words for this place. My daughter has learned a lot from her coaches. The coaches/staff members are great with the kids and are very passionate about them. They do really care about their growth and well being. She has made friends that is just like family. Here at 1st Impression, we aren't just cheer mates... we are family.

From the moment you are doing the contract all the way to the end of ur event. Norma business owner of the hall has been the utmost professional and also very flexible. She was able to accommodate all of our guest with the tables and jumper even at last min. She was the nicest person. The hall was set up by her and it looked beautiful more than expected. She was also the one who did the clean up. And was always in communication to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I would 100% recommend this location for your next event.

I've had my daughter in tumbling in 1st Impressions for 4 months now and she loves it. Norma is always very polite and informative. My daughter has made new friends and is always excited to go. I would recommend this studio to any parent that is looking for great activity for their kid.

This dude is as awesome as they come, so full of energy and he makes you bring out your best whether you want to or not. The core philosophy is you can be at ANY level of dance and come out of your first class with a smile, a good sweat, and a little pep in your step. After being absent for almost a year due to a knee injury, I returned to Adam's class 4 weeks ago. Through zero fault of Adam, I was so excited and pushed myself that I went home after class exhausted and seeing floaters shaped like lightning bolts!!! Amazing! Bottom line: you will have a good time, enjoy the live DJ (Justyle is my favorite, look him up), and be glad you came!

Sure it's 25 minutes down a one way street, but man, if that turned into two lanes in a blue moon, I'd be 15 minutes away from a great Thursday night dance class. I am beyond thankful to have a class closer to home, since this has added and aided in my fitness goals and allowed me to live my almost secret dancing dreams. While I am a Zumba instructor, moving from your safe zone of repeating dance steps, to a full on dance class is beyond intimidating (especially since I do think I spaz-out more than dance most of the times). Luckily, Adam is a patient, energetic, funny and kind instructor. He is a great dancer, and wonderful at breaking down the steps intuitively that makes it very easy to follow. Did I mention that he's quite encouraging as well? I credit this class and the Groov3ment for helping me become a more agile person. Dancing in these classes have helped me lean up, intensify my own Zumba classes, and challenged me t use my new found understanding of how my body moves, to other interests. I'm more confident when I dance and teach in my classes, and have found it much easier to practice my guitar playing. What else could one ask for? A great mix form a live DJ, sweet moves, awesome environment, great energy from other participants and of course, a totally great instructor, it's all here.

Our daughter absolutely thrives here and has discovered a passion for dance and theater. She started out just doing hip hop, but now she takes ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, contemporary, musical theater and aerial arts. She has made close, life-long friendships and has an incredible mentor in the owner, Cassandra Daurden whom I admire greatly. The performances are professional and spectacular to watch. I can't even believe the aerial skills and singing voices that come from these kiddos! They are not your everyday kids dance recitals, they are stunning top-notch performances. This is an incredible gem and we are filled with gratitude for this amazing DPAC community.

There are two rooms, which is nice, and one has beautiful wooden flooring, which seems well-maintained and makes for a lovely space. I took a beginner ballet class that was amazing. It's probably the first adult ballet class I've taken where the teacher was not just encouraging, but also seemed to take adult dancers seriously. I felt safe with her corrections and she seemed incredibly knowledgeable about the craft. The students in this class were kinder and more laid back than some of the other studios I've tried out so far, so totally loved the beginner ballet class here because it seems to be community-oriented. I'm only knocking off stars because the studio is HOT, and not in a sexy way. I thought I would collapse from the heat inside that room. It wasn't just hot; it was sticky and humid in there, which is not something I have ever experienced before. There are fans in the studio, but they don't do much to help with cooling down the space. Other dancers were just taking off clothes and walking outside to try to catch their breath. It's pretty remarkable how much hotter it gets inside the studio than even the weather outside, so that made me a little nervous about potentially returning during weeks when the weather is above 80-degrees. It's horrendous. I love Ballet and really enjoyed the class I took, but wish there was a way to cool the place down. Not sure how safe it is to do ballet or any form of physical activity there if you are heat-sensitive, so just be warned about that. It's very much an issue, especially during these months when the weather is 90+. That's a liability waiting to happen.
