Klub Gymnastics has been such an important part of our family's journey. Our son has been attending here for over 4 years, and we're so proud that he is now part of their Boys Competitive Team. We absolutely love the facility--it's large, clean, well organized, and well staffed, which makes a big difference, especially for long training sessions. The coaches are truly outstanding. Every coach we've worked with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and excellent with kids, knowing how to push them while still making training positive and encouraging. She's been a competitive gymnast for close to 5 years now. This place is great on a rec level as well as on team level. If your child has true interest in gymnastics this is a great environment to foster that interest and grow the love for the sport. As a parent who has had my daughter in gymnastics since she was 3, I can tell you that TKG really takes the time to develop your little gymnast. My daughter started gymnastics at age 5 on the pre-team then competitive team, but we had to find a new gymnastics training place when the head coach left and the Optionals program was going to be eliminated at our previous gym. Thank goodness we were referred to The Klub Gymnastics by a former teammate who loves it here. Although it's a far drive for us (2 hrs/day, 5 days/wk), this place is worth it! What makes this place so special are the dedicated coaches (Head Coach Taylor, Asst Head Coach Dom, and Coach Julio) who have experience coaching up to the highest Level 10! They were former competitive gymnasts themselves with amazing backgrounds. In the 3 years we've been here, my daughter was able to not just compete Levels 8, 9, and now 10, but she placed 1st All-Around at meets, qualified for State, Regionals, and the National team last year and is on her way this season! Also, the equipment is top-of-the line with the highest standards of safety in mind to allow for complicated skills on floor, vault, beam, and bars. The layout thoughtfully incorporates recreation classes for littles and olders, PLUS all the different levels of girls and boys competitive teams. The huge space is impressive! Ma daughter has been going here for about 6 years. She has learned nothing. I'm still waiting for her to do actual gymnastics. This place is ran like a daycare. They are not interested in any kid learning any gymnastics skills. If the kids aren't in team, it's a joke. They charge an arm and a leg for the kids to roll around, walk across the beam and throw themselves in the foam pit. I have 3 kids here and will be pulling all three out. I was torn about writing this review, but since there's not much info out there about the adult classes, I wanted to share my experience. I'll start by saying the facilities here are fantastic and every person I interacted with was wonderful and professional. However, the website does not make it clear that the adult "classes" are open gym. Meaning, you don't get any actual instruction. They do a 30-minute guided warm-up, then you're on your own. While the instructor is there to help if you ask for it, as a beginning adult, I wouldn't even know what to ask for. For $40, no thanks. I can practice wall handstands and bridges at home for free. I actually found myself wanting to leave early because I was bored. I really wanted to get back into gymnastics in a real way, get trained up on apparatuses, etc. But after 17 years away, I don't feel comfortable just jumping into that with no instruction. I was so excited to find these classes and equally disappointed after going. I reached out to them about my experience, and they suggested I get 1:1 lessons instead. They did not list a price for that but if open gym is $40.... @The Klub please make it more clear what you are offering on your website. read more

To other parents of children with ADHD, autism, or needing any kind of special accommodations: save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Over the last two years, my son has been made to leave class on multiple occasions for what I personally observed to be only mild hyperactivity or inattentiveness. It's clearly not a safety issue, despite what they may tell you -- the instructors are just unqualified to deal with any neurodivergent or inattentive behavior, and the Director has authorized them to kick the kids out of class. Don't waste your time here. To other parents of elementary school level and younger kids: I wanted to make this place work because it is close to us, but it's way overpriced compared to other gymnastics classes, parking is a nightmare, classes feel impersonal, and the space is often hot and uncomfortable and crowded. I'm so happy I found The Klub Gymnastics! It was difficult for me to find adult classes, especially ones that accommodated my schedule. The Klub is an amazing, beautiful, large and open space that's run incredibly well, is super clean, with awesome employees at reception and remarkable coaches for the adult classes! They cater to where you're at, offer great suggestions and practices, give tips on how best to recover after class, and the bonus is all the amazing people who attend the classes, as well! We absolutely LOVE Klub Gym for our toddler! He has boundless energy and we are able to let him burn it off in a safe and productive environment! The teachers are amazing, positive, and full of care and understanding with our littles! The equipment and courses set up for the different age groups are mind blowing. It's both self intuitive and instructive - helping to shape little minds as they learn about their spacial awareness and build their skill set! Whether you need to work on specific things with your kiddo or you just want to take them for fun - this is an amazing space! The best part for us is that while this is a group setting - our little is not required to participate which has been a huge relief. The price per class for a kids group class is absolutely insane- $210 per month- which works out to $42 or $52 per class depending on the month. Months with holidays you don't get a prorated tuition so you still pay even if your class is canceled for a holiday. This is more than most private pilates classes for adults, or the most boutique fitness classes. meanwhile your kid is one of 8 kids in a class. this is not a private or semi private lesson. my daughter loves it here, and i have many friends who feel the same way, but I feel like we are all being suckered paying these outrageous prices for a basic gymnastics class. the fact that they charge $5 to use the fitness machines when you're already shelling out $50 to be there is ridiculous. read more

My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 3yrs old. She's 7 now and is in the team level gymnastics. They have very dedicated assertive respectful competent coaches. They make learning skills fun & make sure that the gymnasts will be well trained and well prepared for their next meet/competitions. All the employees are very supportive of their gymnasts. My daughter Faith just had her first competition over the weekend and the bosses of The Klub gymnastics made sure they supported the team by actually going to Palm Springs to cheer for the gymnasts. We really appreciated that. There are alot of families and gymnasts that are loyal to this gym. The Klub is a terrific gym with a fantastic staff. The coaching of the adult classes is some of the best I've received in over 40 years of doing gymnastics. Coach Dexter and Coach Leonora have been invaluable in helping me improve my skills. And, they are positive and encouraging to everyone, regardless of skill level. The classes are a wonderful mix of experience, age, and demographic, and feel like a friendly community. Everyone is treated in a supportive manner, despite the fact that we will probably never bring The Klub any competitive glory (referring to the adults only). It is fun for the kids, keeps them exercising, keeps them active, builds confidence, builds strength/flexibility/coordination, develops social skills, builds self discipline, etc. What more can a parent ask. Horrible deception business practices, they find every way to nickel and dime you for services not rendered. Just read all of the negative Yelp reviews for an idea of how many people they have wronged when it comes to trying to cancel your membership and get a full refund, use makeup classes and also misleading tuition increases. My daughter was enrolled in the gym off and on and because of travel plans during the holidays we had to unenroll her for the month of December. There is a weird deadline to enroll by 19th the previous month if you want a full refund for the following month. I wasn't happy about this unfair policy but decided not to fight it. The last straw for me was when I learned that the "makeup tokens" that they market as this great fair policy could not be used unless my daughter was actually enrolled that month. What is the purpose of a makeup class if you can only take it when your kid is enrolled and already has a reoccurring weekly gym class scheduled??? When i tried to question it they told me that this has always been their policy and that i should have read the terms I signed. Terms or not there are business ethics companies like this should abide by and if this mean past customers feel deeply wronged these policy NEED TO CHANGE. The owner pretends to care by responding to all of the low reviews on Yelp but if you read his messages you can tell that he is pretend to appease customers and parents without ever offering to make things right. My daughter has been taking classes here for 6 years and loves it, but it's really expensive for what it is and there are a couple of things that really bother me. Firstly, no proration when classes are closed for holidays. I understand that the gym is closed on certain holidays, but for the price paid $345 per month for one 90 minute class a week (almost $86 per class) you would think that you would not be charged when the class is not held. Secondly, if you are going to be away and know that you will miss classes, you can't put your spot on hold. The only option is to "withdraw" from the class - you are warned that someone may take your spot, and then have to re-apply when you are back and ready to start taking lessons with no guarantee that a spot will be available in the class. After 6 years of attending this place, they won't hold a spot for you in your class when you go away on vacation for a month. Makes me feel they are far more interested in money than loyal customers... read more

My child was enrolled in this gymnastics center pre covid. She loved it, she loved her coaches, she loved the center, she made wonderful friends... then COVID happened and the gym had to close. My daughter was devastated. She loved her gym! So here we are, one year later and gym reopens... yay! What a great day for my daughter to hear the news! She is simply over the moon and cannot wait to go back! I noticed that they increased the tuition by almost thirty bucks! When I first signed my contract with this place, nowhere did it say there would be "gradual tuition increases". And the increase was not GRADUAL... it was more like a slap in the face! They say the increase is not due to making up for their loss during the COVID shutdown and lack of income, so why such a huge increase? The Klub is not transparent with their customers and are not being forthcoming with information. It is not the fact that I cannot afford an extra thirty bucks because I can, it is the principle that this place is taking advantage of hard working people and up charging them for a loss that they took and then passing the cost on to their customers. I am waiting for a reply from "Jacky". I have been back and forth with the customer service rep all morning... getting fake canned responses to all of my concerns. My daughter attends a private school and her tuition fees NEVER increase this much. I hope I am not the only parent bringing light to this increase. The Klub is being very deceptive. I need a copy of my signed contract asap. The safety of the children is first on our mind, which is why we have greatly reduced the number of students we have inside the facility at any given time. Without the increase we would not be able to host classes at all and remain open. We hope this brings some light to the situation and we know that other businesses are also increasing prices due to similar unforeseen circumstances this past year.  *So yes, as I stated in my review earlier, they are indeed making up for their loss of revenue off the backs of their clients. No, not all activities in and around the LA area have increased their cost. My daughter attends RBAC swim and although they drastically minimized enrollment, their fees did not increase. It is despicable and shameful that this gym is taking advantage of the COVID situation and their clients. Before you decide to register your child here, do your research. There are plenty of reputable gymnastics centers who charge less and do not take advantage of their customers. Needless to say, I am done with the Klub and they will never see another dime from me ever again. (Update) Of course Jacky has reached out to me... reaching out does not solve the issue nor take away the fact that this place of business admitted to sky rocketting their gym fees. My kiddo was looking forward to this camp all year. The kid had a great time last summer. We signed up and attended and enjoyed it, kind of. The problem was that there are too many kids in the camp groups. The waiting on lines to do an activity takes too long. Especially with the younger kids. Asking kinders, first graders, or even second graders to wait 15 minutes on a very long line to get onto the balance beam for a hot second is not okay. This is also the Covid generation. These kids missed a huge portion of the in school sharing, waiting on lines, taking turns so those skills they would have learned in preschool are still being learned just at older ages. They need more of what the preschoolers get, time doing stuff so they can learn these essential skills. If anything, they need to be spending more time doing the activities and less time on a long line waiting and waiting. It just leads to wandering off to do other things, trying to cut to get into a better spot on line. Also, the staff is too young. They are not skilled in child development. It's basically like dropping your kid off with a 17 year old babysitter who really just wants to be on her cell phone chatting with friends. Additionally, this place is white. Like super white and white presenting kids. I bet they think they are diverse, but honestly, it's "white peoples diverse." So, really, there may be one asian kid a black kid and 20 white kids, and that is "white people diverse." Also, my kid got sick and guess what, I needed to tell them 7 days in advance that she was sick. So, plan your sicknesses 7 days in advance people. So, we lost money for a full day of camp because my kid was sick. I guess I should have sent her and gotten everyone else sick? What a ridiculous policy. It's laughable really. They are the ones laughing bc they have my money and my kid missed a day of an overpriced poorly run program. Be wary of this overpriced kind of a dud camp. read more

All was well until I had to suspend my daughter's enrollment. A certain Jessica Rodriquez claimed she was the manager and gave me a very hard time trying to cancel. Even though at the front desk an employee helped me suspend my other kids' enrollment. Instead of helping me over the phone, she insisted that I did not cancel. I asked her for the email confirmation and she kept saying it was being processed. She also said that they will have to charge me for a late cancellation fee. I told her that I cancelled two weeks before, but said I did not submit a withdrawal form, when in fact I did. I had to take a screen shot for proof because they might deny that I cancelled for now. I am really disappointed with this experience. Their customer service is not very good, I spoke to Jasmine Ariano, who said she was the manager and not a Jessica Rodriquez who the former said was a new hire. Word of advise if you cancel or suspend your kids enrollment, please make sure to get a written confirmation, (should have been via email) or else they will deny you cancelled and will charge you a late fee. read more

Coach Sam! I used to work with The Klub (for a very long time). I always knew I'd be back as a parent some day with Coach Sam as my baby's coach! He really is a gem. Parents and staff love him. It explains why his classes are always full! Things have changed a lot since I worked there. Some for the better and some for the worst, as any business. This place is not child centered and it doesn't feel they actually have experience working with kids or with gymnastics. My daughter joined a camp with a friend. They don't take grouping requests but told me it was based on birthday. I felt we would be safe since their birthdays were two weeks apart but I got there early to drop off to make sure they would be together. They were 6 years old. When we arrived they weren't in the same group and klub refused to move them together. Upon hearing this the girls began crying and continued for 30 minutes. They refused to give me a refund when they refused to move them I tried to bring them back and see if they could get comfortable. The girls were crying and not one counselor jumped into try and make them feel more comfortable or remedy the situation in any way (introducing them to other girls, coloring with them, a friendly smile). Regardless of all this I have three children who have been doing other camps for 8 years and never once have they refused to help make the kids more comfortable or accommodate friends or move kids to other groups to help help them feel comfortable. We used to go to klub and this reminded me why we stopped going in the first place. Would just hope for a neighborhood spot that basically has the gymnastics monopoly to put more effort either making kids feel comfortable or move groups or take grouping requests or offer a refund when these can't be made and children won't go in. We've been attending Klub Gymnastics for a month now and my daughter LOVES it. A client of mine referred me to this place and I can't say enough about it. It's a beautiful space! Super clean, colorful, and exciting for the kids, it's non stop fun. My daughter has Sunday morning class with teacher Britney and she's fabulous, super fun, outgoing, patient, and understanding. I waited a very long time to write this review. First i will say that the facility is gorgeous and the idea behind it brilliant. But i had 3 separate situations happen there with the last one being my final straw. I was so pissed with the last one i didn't call them or contact them because i knew it was pointless. First situation was that my son had a coach who seemed great with kids. Super animated and personally i loved that. But after about 3 sessions i finally asked the owner "if a coach has a class of toddlers why is his back always turned when they do the jump he asks them to do?". Owner i believe spoke with coach Jon and that seemed to get a little better but not much. Then i signed my son up for a camp there and on his second day i picked him up and he just wasn't into it. That's no fault of theirs. But the coach there said "my son just didn't feel good and it looked like he was worried he was going to be in trouble for not participating when he got home". First off those aren't even words my son would say and no way does my son fear being in trouble at home. Ever. It was weird and i felt weird leaving. So now we come back to Coach Jon for his regular class and in the middle of the class my son hurt his little finger. I went over to see what happened and to ask if he was alright. My son said "he thought so". So about 20 min later i hear Jon raising his voice in a very not nice way and i walk over from the bleachers to see what's happening and that's when my son is walking out of the gym area. I ask Jon "what's up what's happening". Jon's words were this "he said he couldn't do what i asked him to do because his finger hurt so i told him to go home then, because it wasn't hurting 10 minutes ago".' I looked at Jon shocked and we left. Guess what? Next day went to doctor and my sons pinky was fractured. I was disgusted that i was paying money to take my son to a place where it was meant to be a activity and always was waking away feeling crappy. I'm shocked to see Jon still works there honestly. I wonder if a incident report was ever done? Maybe he's changed and maybe he's not so pissed off or tired. read more

Coach Quartay should not be allowed anywhere near young children. She's incompetent and vindictive. A couple of weeks ago, parents of 4 separate kids in the class(myself included) informed the management about coach Quartay's teaching style. Instead of doing actual simple gymnastics, coach had kids find different colors of the mats as fast as they could. Pretty worthless. I thought we signed up for a gymnastics class. I was one of the parents that mentioned this. The next 2 classes were great... twirls, somersaults, actual gymnastics. I could tell coach Quartay wasn't happy with me by her avoiding eye contact. Last Saturday I'm handed my 3 year old daughter crying. Apparently, coach Quartay decided to kick her out of class claiming that she did not follow instructions? We take all kinds of classes and this has never happened so I was confused. Meanwhile, my daughter tells me she doesn't ever want to come back to this class. While driving home, I'm not sure what to think. Was my daughter really that bad that she deserved to be kicked out? Then I get a text message from a friend who's daughter is in the same class, same day and time. Coach Quartay decided to punish my friend's daughter by only giving her 2/4 stamps, saying that she didn't listen to her during the class. Needless to say, they switched coaches right after that class. This vindictive coach should not be allowed anywhere near kids. She's not emotionally capable of looking after and training 3 year olds. The real blame is with the management of course. They should of seem this a long time ago. The class went from 6-7 kids to 2 in a couple of months. Are you guys blind? read more

When we found this spot for our 2 and 3 year old, my wife and I got very excited. After attending for several months now, it's definitely worth the excitement. Finding an activity for your child where there is constant encouragement, attention, and they interact with other children is a God send. They attended the first class for free and we immediately felt the kids thrill and joy of playing but also taking directions from the instructors. Seeing my 2 year old son develop from needing me to sit with him in class to now run into the class by himself and listening to his "Coach" is amazing. My 3 year old is loving her class and really enjoys the tumbling and social interactions. It's really a great business and I am thankful we found them. The weekend classes for young kids 0-3 is sometimes full but there are many more classes being added. The staff and website is great. I really appreciate all the help they have provided. My son forgot his teddy bear there and we didn't know it was there. The staff didn't know it was his either. My son was sick and we missed a few classes. But when we came back, my son noticed one of the staff members had his teddy bear and immediately they connected. The adult classes are great-- the coach (Sam) is super patient and is able to differentiate the class so adults of all levels get something meaningful out of it. It's an excellent and fun workout. This place is awesome. The facilities are so impressive! It's all new (clean) and huge. Very bright and open. We have also had a really good experience with the staff. Coach Pam has been great with our 4 year old who has been going to the 4 hr Klub Kare Day Kamp. She absolutely loves it. She does a mix of gymnastics, plus arts & crafts / play time. It's really great for her to get exposed to gymnastics and do all the fun running, jumping and tumbling stuff without too much pressure. We had tried Payke gymnastics in South Pas and it was ok, but not great. We are so glad we found this place (from another Yelp reviewer)! read more
