I was asked questions, all of which they already knew as the questions were asked and I confirmed what they had. So, in essence, they had ALL the information on the house that they needed and it would seem that if the quote given in the letter was valid that they used the information they already had to produce it. I was then given a quote that was almost twice as much as was offered in the letter. This to me seems to be a basic "bait and switch" method of attracting business and certainly is not something I support. I know the business is tough, but honesty also goes a long way.
