Received a letter from this agency. They quoted me a price for home insurance. I called for more…read moreinformation. They said they needed additional information that they did not have. I was asked questions, all of which they already knew as the questions were asked and I confirmed what they had. So, in essence, they had ALL the information on the house that they needed and it would seem that if the quote given in the letter was valid that they used the information they already had to produce it. I was then given a quote that was almost twice as much as was offered in the letter. This to me seems to be a basic "bait and switch" method of attracting business and certainly is not something I support. I know the business is tough, but honesty also goes a long way.

With Kevin, I am not just another customer. If he is unable to take my call he will make sure another one if his associates from the local office calls me back in a timely manner. When I purchased a motorcycle earlier this year, Kevin called me the day I purchased it to go over all the different types of coverage, took time to explain them (and why some are so important with a motorcycle), and made sure I met the price that I was expecting to pay.
