I've left several messages for the agent himself, nothing back. I have asked this place to update my address for nearly 2 years and they STILL haven't. This has caused mail they "claim" to have sent...not received. My rates increased out of nowhere last month, $15/month. No notification via call, email, text, written, smoke signals, nothing. I have been asking into this for over a month now and just kept getting brushed off. I have texts with the office showing the run around I've been given. Most recently, I had worked with Mona who was quite unprofessional and gave me, flat out, wrong answers. She had an attitude from the beginning when I asked if I could review some charges, as I felt that I was due a credit. I ended up hanging up eventually because all the conversation was doing was getting me more frustrated. I called back later and got Miranda. Thank G-d. Miranda has tried to help me as best she can but there has definitely been someone messing around with my info and my account. I was texting last week for about an hour, back and forth. The rep REFUSED to identify herself and since I've texted with Miranda several times, I knew it was NOT her. Just more to show how dishonest this girl Mona is. Hoping this review will at least get me a call back from the agent as he should care how he's being represented. I gave 2 stars because Miranda (and Esteban!!) have had a useful head on their shoulders. Otherwise, it would've gotten no stars.

Rude…read moretreatment by staff, inappropriate charges, and allegations of making a claim when I did not make a claim... And eventually, I had to unblock my number to try and get through to the office. Joe Kennedy does not respond to any type of communication to hear my issues. I am gone from that company. I have complained every place there is to complain to. (Almost) lesson learned by me from going to a different agency after 25 years to save a few dollars. Joe Kennedy with Allstate insurance and his office are the worst.

    I do not know about the policy value, but I can tell you the support staff does not know how to do…read moresimple tasks. I needed a Claim report, and wasted 5 hours of my day to get it! My client called the office and gave Amanda Vanover the address and request, and explained she is selling her house. Amanda's email said NO CLAIMS. I called 3 times to talk to Amanda, and left messages to say that my client had 3 claims and to "please send the correct LETTER OF EXPERIENCE." I did not get a reply from my 3 phone messages. I told her this was urgent. I sent a third email, and Amanda replied "what was that address?" She said their were NO claims. FINALL,Y I called Allstate National Headquarters and spoke to a rep who had no problem finding the 3 claims, and emailing it to me. After I wasted 5 hours, almost my entire day, trying to get a SIMPLE LETTER, Amanda sent a third email with the correct claim info. In her email she said it was a "system glitch". I think Mr. Kennedy should know that his employees don't know how to do their job. Perhaps more training is needed.
