Replaced faucet and identified rusting out of the sink. We'll get that fixed soon.
Anthony A.

TL;DR Oleg quoted me for the work ahead of time, arrived on time, completed the work well, and told me to call him if there are any issues and he will come fix. He left the old sink/fixtures and didn't clean up after he was done. Highly recommend. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I submitted a Yelp request for an estimate for a plumbing company to come out to my house and replace my kitchen sink and two faucets. I know it's not a big job, but right now I'm trying to get my house ready for twins coming home from the NICU and whenever it comes to water for some reason I always have a leak at the end of the project. Plus there's always the one thing you don't expect and it takes you three hours to solve the problem, but a professional has the part on hand and doesn't have to YouTube 10 videos to find one that explains how to do it the right way. All the other companies said they needed to have a tech come out to look at the project and give an on-site estimate. I had one come out and they quoted me $2,500! I shared that experience with another and he begrudgingly e-mailed me a $1,200-$1,500 estimate! I've done this job before, and I estimated it's about four hours of work for a professional to finish. I am all about paying people a fair/working wage, but none of us needs to be making $300-600 an hour! This isn't about other companies, this is about Oleg. He e-mailed me back an estimate of $540+tax for the work. We scheduled a date and time, he came and did all the work efficiently. I'm not much of a talker and I don't get the sense he is either, so we got along great. Oh, so yea, the work was finished in 2.5 hours and he didn't need an extra set of hands from me at all. When he left, he left all the used or excess parts organized around the work area so it was easy for me to come in behind him and clean up. Good work, done at a fair price. That's all I ever ask of people. Thank you, Oleg.

My experience was outstanding. Proservice will be the company I use from now on for both my investment properties and personal home. The owner, Oleg was knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend him.

Responded quickly, showed up on time, and was able to identify the problem and provide some suggestions to prevent it from occurring again.

We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

I have to admit I was a big fan of this store years ago, since…read morethey updated their building I don't go as much as I don't like the set up and honestly I haven't needed new furniture I quite a while. We went the other night, stopped at the restaurant first so my husband could eat some meatballs and I just ordered a side of mash and gravy. The meatballs were gross, the mash was bland but also had a funky taste. They do still have some good things like kitchenwares, those little heart cookies with the chocolate in the middle, frames, and some of their furniture that happens to be made of wood is still decent but even that it's become so flimsy. I went up to a curio cabinet I've seen before and just opening the doors and drawers you could tell the wood was thinner, flimsy and of course $100 more than last time I saw it. Everything is overpriced, cheaply made, and it kind of broke my heart because I loved that store. I collected their catalogues and still have them from 1999 until they stopped printing them.

Humph!.... Either you do... ? Or You Don't!…read more We wanted to consider a lazy-Susan for a blind-corner. .. our contractor worked with Krafter's land kitchen planner. Krafter's land only sales 'standard' cabinets. A standard Lay-Susan is 35 X 35 with a door opening of about 12-inches on each side. .. so.... How did my NON-Standard 33 X 33" lazy Susan come with 6" openings?.. 3-to- 6" inches less than the standard opening? I have three-Blind-Corners. Krafter's COULD-NOT accommodate a cabinet that would fill this whole area. They wanted me to accept a cabinet that would only fill part of this space. Hmmmm! Aren't blind corners a standard? And they don't accommodate? The planner's ambition seemed to desire to fill my walls with cabinets... it did not matter if the lower cabinets were aligned with the upper cabinets... did not matter. Putting in a two-door cabinet on one wall and putting two individual single cabinets across the way (thus minimizing my storage space).. and the there are the spacers .... An inch here, three inches there.. all eating up my precious storage space. Oh it Looks Gorgeous.... But nothing is aligned--- 4 cabinets up top, three on the bottom and none of the lines match. The cabinets themselves are beautiful!.... And I am a baker. I asked for roll-out shelves/drawers.... My baking shelf has 10# white flour, 10# wheat flour, 5# of both white and brown sugar..... guess what?.... Their roll-out shelves can-NOT carry this kind of a load... this load will cause dragging and musfunction. Hmmmm And the final clincher..... you buy- puck up and install--- they are yours. No returns. But they are pretty!

TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.
