Management admitted sending "additional" unordered items, which caused confusion and a layout disaster. They refuse to fix it.

Headline: AVOID - They delivered unordered items and caused a construction disaster. The root of this entire mess started because Krafter's Land Cabinetry delivered a 24-inch unit that I NEVER ordered. While they claim they sent the correct 12-inch unit, they simultaneously sent an extra 24-inch unit by mistake. This logistical error created massive confusion on-site, leading to the wrong unit being installed in my master bathroom. I have a 24-inch cabinet bolted to my wall right now as physical proof of their delivery error (see photo with measuring tape), yet the salesperson, Nana, refuses to take any responsibility. Her only response is that they "provided what was on the order," completely ignoring the fact that their extra, unordered delivery caused the disaster. I want to be clear about the actions I am taking: 1. L&I Complaint: Already filed against the Contractor for the incorrect installation, and they have been cited. 2. BBB Complaint: Now being filed against Krafter's Land Cabinetry for their logistical failure, delivering unordered products, and refusal to provide a professional resolution. It is incredibly unprofessional to ignore a clear delivery mistake and stop communicating with a customer. Do not trust this company--they will deliver the wrong items and then blame you for the outcome. Update: Management admitted in writing that this was their "Warehouse Error" (see screenshot). Despite this admission, they refuse to provide materials to fix the disaster they caused. Disgraceful service.

Good service and friendly staff, a lot of choice of kitchen and bath materials. If you ever need remodel, this place is highly recommended!

Its been about three months since we had our contractor install the cabinets from Krafters Land. Our initial two interactions with the sales staff at the Tukwila store were disappointing. We decided to visit the Tacoma store and were greeted by Dyson and Doris and the difference in service was remarkable. They spent about an hour with us, offering helpful suggestions and answering all our questions. Dyson also updated our 3-D rendering for our layout. Throughout the entire process - multiple emails and several follow up visits - Dyson was consistently professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Doris was also involved as well, though to a lesser extent, and our impression of her was just as positive. Her service was excellent. Thank you Dyson and Doris

My contractor I worked with on a bathroom project has a relationship with various suppliers in the Seattle area, including Krafter's. I am in Snohomish county and went down to the showroom in Tukwilla early on in the project to see what they had to offer. After walking waiting by the desk for a while I decided to walk around and browse the fixtures, cabinets, and countertops. No one ever said anything to me the entire time I was there which was a little awkward when I was trying to get some attention for assistance. This put me off so I actually left and went to look at other places. The supplier that I went with for my countertop (I was looking for black which is out of fashion and not easy to find) was way over budget on the cabinets so when discussing this with my contractor he recommended Krafters. I explained what had happened the first time around and he reached out to his contact to let her know I would be reaching out. We did get connected and she was able to assist me over the phone and over email, we were able to pick out cabinets I liked that were on sale, and we were able to stay within my budget. From there my contractor picked up the cabinets and then installed them. The first impression wasn't great, and I would recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment if you plan on going down. I was under the impression it was okay to walk in, and it probably is and I might have come in at an odd time (maybe they were understaffed or something), but once I was put in touch with someone at Krafter's, the experience was much better.

I did not finish with kitchen renovation yet and still on the market, but was pleasantly surprised but the service I got here. I reached out online Elvis and Elvis was able to create 3D model and layout of my kitchen just using one picture. It was pretty accurate. While selection is somewhat limited they have very nice prices and pretty good quality! I was pleasantly surprised by service I got when I was getting the quote. Highly likely will purchase my new cabinets here.

We were doing a full renovation of our home, including a full kitchen remodel. We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

Honestly, my last time here was back in 2022 when I needed furniture myself, so I don't come here very often. The building itself is massive and huge, housing many sections filled with furniture and tools of different kinds like for the kitchen, living room and bathroom, along with rooms for lighting and the warehouse where you can grab your stuff. This isn't even the bulk of it, and we spent a while in here while also getting some dessert! DISCLAIMER: If you're here for just food and/or know how IKEA works, you can skip the next two paragraphs of this review. When you get in, you can pick up a brochure outlining the approximate layout of the building's section and a small pencil. For almost every room, the larger furnitures have numbers on them that correspond to the parts you pick up yourself from their warehouse section, which comes just before the cash registers. There are smaller objects like small lamps, nuts and bolts, fixtures and pots that you can just pick up and put in your cart/bag. Even though each area is numbered a certain way and the map on the brochure looks linear, you can skip sections via shortcuts placed throughout. Otherwise, you follow the nicely placed arrows guiding you through all the sections and just enjoy the placements of some of the things you wanna get. I found myself oogling over the kitchen and bedroom setups every once in a while! Once you're done with all of that, you can purchase your items either through self checkout or at the registers where staff help you. Some of them also stay by the self-checkout areas and assist those who have trouble with some of the features. Some simple tips I have for grabbing objects: - Depending on what you get, make sure you grab ALL the parts for the stuff you get in the warehouse! They're usually clearly labeled but it's easy to miss some of them. - My friend used the IKEA app and came prepared ahead of time with a long list of items he wanted. He used some of the computers spread around the store to help him find which specific room carried the object(s) he was looking for. - Writing the numbers for larger goodies isn't always helpful as you might not remember what an object looks like when you reach the warehouse. I usually take photos of that number along with the object so I can gauge if I'm getting the right things. After doing all that shopping, we stopped by the small cafe just after the cash registers and got ourselves their frozen yogurt, which essentially tastes like vanilla ice cream but has a slightly different consistency from regular ice cream, something I can only describe as being a lot smoother than ice cream and a little tart. The cone it's served in is your standard ice cream cone. From friends who love going here, they advise to go during weekdays when it's not as packed, and to not try the overhype Swedish meatballs either. Since I'm a foodie, I'm gonna do the latter next time I come here!

TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.

Brad walked us through a design after closely listening to our needs and ideas. He was able to guide us to find the perfect layout, material and a great contractor, Abode Contracting. The entire renovation came out beyond our dreams. Friends who visit are stunned how the house has been transformed. We are not wealthy the cost was not cheap but the results were amazing and a good value for what we now have. Our interior is as if you were in a new high end home. The most valuable service was Brad helped us choose each tile, counter type, appliances and more. We met a number of times at several vendors and got exactly what best met our needs.
