The person I was with shook his head and we left. Lisa is the manager of this branch how can she not know how to do a basic bank function? She is very very rude and only treats certain customers well! Previously she tried to not take my rolled coins again im a business account holder and this is my bank! If you can avoid this location do so if you want to be treated well! The walk up atm is great! This way I dont have to deal with Lisa or her negative attitude towards customers! The ATM can connect you to a live banker and they are wonderful! The only draw back you cant use atm for rolled coins!

I have been at the same place of business for six years yet they still hold every monthly deposit as if it was from someone new every single time. My co-workers get their $$ no later than one day after the $$ has been deposited yet I have to wait no less than 2 days and if the deposit happens on a Thursday or Friday, I won't see a deposit into my account until the following Monday. The result is several auto pays often get rejected because of this delay in accessable funds. I get penalized and fined often because of this. Unfortunately because this has been a recurring issue for 6 years, I'll need to find a different institution that doesn't participate in these unusual and inconvenient business practices.

When I saw the charge on my first statement and contacted support, they pointed me to the fine print in the cardmember agreement and refused any refund. I escalated to the CFPB, the Federal Reserve, and California's DFPI over the next year. Every agency either closed the case or passed it to another. Seen's position throughout was essentially: the fee is in the agreement, end of story. No goodwill. No acknowledgment that their marketing caused genuine confusion. No courtesy refund after a year of complaints from a customer who barely used the card. If you're considering this card, read every document very carefully before applying. Their customer service will not help you if something goes wrong.
