These guys are great with GREAT prices!!! I brought 2 signed autographed photos that they matted and framed BEAUTIFULLY & even placed the certificate of authenticity securely & protected on the back. They clearly knew what they were doing! A couple of years ago I bought just a Matt at the fraction of the price as what Michael's was try to charge me. A friend and I spent over $1,000 here put together. One of the items, a mirror, had a bevel way too large for size of mirror. The owner didn't want to hear what I had to say about how it looked and hung up on me. This was a first for me and I never take the time to write reviews. He could have cared less what I had to say. It's a shame too because we have a lot more framing work to be done and neither of us will be returning. Never ever hang up on a customer. Hear them out, acknowledge them and work to try to find a solution. Seems like he's tired of his job. read more

I do not recommend this place. they have terrible customer service skills. my frames did not come out as ordered and i was told there was nothing they can do. what a waste of money and time. do your self a favor and go somewhere else for your framing needs. read more

This is a very capable frame shop in Redondo that looks like it's been around a while and judging by other reviewers, it has been. We got a concert poster framed here and there are definitely other places to get a better deal price wise, however, this place did a really nice job and spent the time going over options with us to choose the frame and matting options that we loved and went well with our piece. The guy who helped us definitely had his opinions and recommendations, but showed us a lot of options and gave us the room to make our decision. All in all good attention. Our frame took a while for them to turn around though (2+ weeks), I guess they had a few jobs and were backed up. If you aren't in a rush and have some dough to spend come here and they'll take care of you! read more

Really sorry after all the years I've been bringing these guys my framing jobs but today I came in, stopped in the doorway and asked one of them if he had a mask as he wasn't wearing one. His flippant answer was "I have one in the car." Then the other guy came out and he also wasn't wearing a mask and flat out told me they didn't do masks. So I left. If they don't care enough about me to do a small thing for my safety I don't owe them any further business. We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic, in case 2 for 1 hasn't heard. read more

Had a vintage poster mounted on foam board and a painting re-matted and framed and they did a wonderful job for a reasonable price, plus they are very nice guys. They have a fabulous selection of photographs for sale so keep them in mind while Christmas shopping. read more

I stopped in here once when I lived across the street just to check them out & I thought the guy was really friendly. He even gave me some tips on photography groups in the area. Well now I have some art that I would like to have framed, so I called them up to see what kind of pricing they have... WOW! The quotes he gave me over the phone are not just reasonable, they're OUTSTANDING! 20x30 photo framed w/ matting, mounting & assembly...$67 18x24 glass only...$16 24x30 Gallery Wrap...$40 I just had someone at another local shop quote me over $100 for a similarly sized gallery wrap...you crazy! I will definitely be stopping by here this week to get some work done, and be back in the future for some big prints of my own photography! Update to come... read more

Brought my lithograph in to get custom framed and they did an excellent job. I don't have a good eye for framing, but I'm sure glad they do. They made great suggestions regarding the arrangement and color of the matting, trim and frame. When the first selection was out of my price range, they were patient and made cheaper, alternative suggestions. I trust them to do a better job and give personal attention to my piece than any chain framing store out there. When I picked up my item and asked them if there was any issue with the job or anything I should know about, rather than give me the disingenuous "No, everything's perfect," they said that with lithos that are rolled up for years, there may still have some folding and alerted me to something in the corner of my frame. I looked and I did not see any blemish at all! But the fact that they were honest with me spoke volumes about how they do business. I will definitely be back! read more

You will NOT find sharper pairs of eyes nor non-stratospheric prices ANYWHERE in South Bay, SoCal. Period. These wizards have been framing my stuff for more than 13 years and though I now live in Fullerton, I go nowhere else. And I don't even drive! These brothers' artistry at what they do is so innate, so uncanny, that the mat *you* thought was 'perfect' for your late Uncle Edgar's graduation portrait from dogcatcher's school WILL get blown outta the water by what Pat and/or Rick select. Do as I do, and cast alllllll preconceptions out the door when you enter their shop. Let THEM make suggestions and be prepared to be STUNNED at the results. Know what I do now? Don't always have to Uber out to R.B. I just pop the poster in a cardboard mailer to the lads, with a note saying "lemme know when it's ready for pick-up, Signed, Wildman", and they run with it. THEY ARE THAT GOOD. Results alwaaaays = 'mind blown'. Lastly, after Rick and Pat have transmogrified Uncle Edgar into a portrait outta the Louvre, call Erik at Picture Perfect, Redondo Beach, to hang 'em all. Because THAT guy???? You're crazy if you go anywhere else!! I went to a couple frame stores in order to get the molding from here that I was installing in my home entryway. Just for the frame not for the mounting not for anything else Aaron brothers and another local store wanted over $250. I called a frame installation company called Picture Pefect, also recommended on Yelp, and he suggested I call 2-for-1. I called they were great over the telephone and soon I was off with a frame that I wanted at half the cost. Yelpers if you're looking for framing this is a great place to consider. read more

Pat and Rick have been helping our hotel get some art on a shoestring budget. We buy discount mats where we can find them, and then pay them a fair price for cutting out the mat windows. We spray up frames we had in the basement, make cheap prints on the Epson printer at Sam's Club, and voila, inexpensive art to spruce up the Inn. I have had the chance to talk to many of their regular framing customers during my visit, and they all have good things to say about quality, service and price. These guys cleaned and relaquered an oil painting that I inherited from my parents and they did it for a fraction of what I was quoted by other painting restoration outfits found through Yelp, as well. Their prices are reasonable and the service is personable as well. Expect a very laid back beach vibe and you will be fine. Because of our experience, it has become my go-to store for any framing issues I have. The savings make up for the shlep to Redondo Beach even if you don't live nearby. read more

My new frame store. The guys are super helpful and appreciative of interesting artwork. Quality is excellent and they clearly take pride in their work. I needed some items framed and saw the great reviews so took a Victorian antique architectural drawing to them. I had been going to Aaron Bros but even with their supposed discounts they were still overpriced and the quality wasn't always equivalent. I wish I had found these guys sooner. They'll make any piece of art look spectacular, and they take special care to get the exactly perfect frame to go with whatever it is that you're framing at a very affordable rate. they can help choose mat and frame colors and textures that bring out the very best of the item within. my family's been going here for years and years for everything, from shadowboxes to newspaper clippings, from family photos to watercolors and oil paintings. each thing we've had framed has come back absolutely gorgeous. the most recent example is my husband's poster of the Yosemite Mariposa grove. the poster is now framed in a wood frame that exactly matches the grains of the trees in the poster, and each corner seam is lined up to perfectly match at 90-degree angles. i haven't seen any other framing company even come close to this caliber of aesthetics. it's simply awesome. read more

I was very impressed with Rick's service at 2 for 1 this afternoon. I brought three pieces of artwork to the shop requesting help with white frames that were scratched and artwork that was not staying in place. Rick saved me hundred of dollars by suggesting methods on how to tape the artwork, why I should use the glass since my pieces were not oil paintings and why the frame could work after all. He did not "sell" me anything, but I will be a lifelong customer and purchase all my future pieces here. Great service, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend. read more

2 for 1 came highly recommended to me, then I got on Yelp and just got verification of how good they are. I was there yesterday and Rick helped me, while Pat helped a lady next to me. They were both patient and knowledgeable--a testament to their twenty-some years in the business. Myself and the other gal didn't know just what we wanted, but these guys were a huge help to us and both made two customers very happy. It was just a bonus that along with their great service came prices that came in well under the franchise competition's even with those regular 50% off coupons. And I can't help but mention that we got to talking gardening and it turns out they have tomato plants out back. As good timing had it, they had an excess and I ended up with a baggie full of perfectly ripe tomatoes to take home. Try that at Aaron Brothers! :) These are top notch and down to earth guys.
