Anyone can sell a product, but when the employees go out of their way to explain how something is used or how it works, it makes you feel like coming back. The employees t take their time to explain how a product is used or go out of their way to ask what my interest were so they could better serve their me. Some things can be very confusing, but they make you want to come back for their products. Plus, hands down, prices are amazing, they have so much, you can't just walk in and walk out. I showed my valid military ID, and they still refused the sale, acting like I was trying to break the law. However, you're the one not following the law. I came in legally, showed my credentials, and still got treated like a criminal. If you're going to deny service to military members who are literally protected under the law, at least train your staff properly. It's not my job to educate you about your state laws -- but I had to anyway. Update your policy. Do your research. And maybe try showing some respect to the people who serve this country.
