Summer time no big deal I guess but in the winter that water freezes and makes the wash not look as pristine.

The dryer was pathetic... and left spots all over the car when it dried as I tried to clean the windows that were still very dirty. This is an expensive and useless process. Will not be back.

They came out and asked if I would rather have more time spent on the interior than doing whatever tire cleaning service was included. That was a big yes from me and it was so considerate of them to ask. I chose the extended detail for $70 instead of the express for $30. Express requires a car wash purchase (so the total for express would have been at least $45). Extended didn't require the car wash purchase and I was just focused on getting the interior to not look like a barn. There was about a 15 minute wait and the extended detail took about 35 minutes I think. The waiting area is clean and has a large tv and many tables and chairs. Restroom is clean also and there's a coffee station and a "business parrot" there named Ricky. :) Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wish I would have taken my car in sooner! Super impressed with how good of a job they did. Definitely will go back for this service!!

I went to pay for the express detail as I'd done in the past, only to be told I HAD to buy a car wash to get the detail service. I explained that it hadn't been that way on my previous visits and was basically told too bad. Well, here's the problem... it was raining outside! So, they forced me to pay for a car wash WHILE IT WAS RAINING OUT - NO EXCEPTIONS. TALK ABOUT A SCAM!!!! I did so because I wanted the detail done. And the detail was not done well. I'm a single lady with no pets or children, so my car doesn't get trashed, just dirt from shoes and dust from the air. I can't do the inside of my windshield myself, so I like to have that cleaned. I went there today on my way home from the fire station to get my truck washed. Went through the car wash. Went to Giant Eagle for some groceries. Noticed the wheel wells were still dirty and there was still bird poop on the quarterpanels. Went back to the car wash within 30 minutes. Pulled up explained to the girl why I was back she stated "once you leave you can't come back". I said well if I don't get out of my truck and see that it's not clean how do I know it's not clean? She said "that's our policy". I said you guys have been advertising, pushing hard for new customers, and this is your attitude? She stayed, "we have plenty of new customers". I was like seriously? I left. I will never ever return to a place I supported for YEARS.
