Great car wash! I went on a Wednesday and the highest car wash was on sale. You drive up and pay at the booth. Then drive into the car wash and put the car in neutral. Overall at good car wash. I have reported a request for an adjustment be made to the rear cleaning brush. The Elyria's location does not clean the rear of the vehicles properly. I visited the Bedford location. Their location does clean the rear of my SUV & pick up truck properly. I believe if a rear brush adjustment or replacement is addressed a better customer experience will be noted. read more

Car did not come clean. Better than before going . But disappointed in what it looked like after.

We have been a member for months. We went to have car washed today and someone hit us from behind. We were extremely angry and the employee named (Eric) could have cared less. He never asked if we were hurt and didn't explain the process of fixing our car. The person who hit us would have left if we did not block the driveway and my husband went to the office. Eric needs to be retrained for customer service. Our car has been scratched over and over but now the damage is over $2000 from the person hitting us. DO not go there because the employees don't care if something goes wrong. read more

I've been a member since they first opened. If you can wash your car weekly the monthly plans are a great value! I just traded my 2021 Nissan Rouge in and I never washed the SUV by hand once! I have gotten many compliments about how nice it looked by people walking by in parking lots. The free vacuums work better than anything you could use at home. Honestly the only things on the SUV I cleaned were the interior windows, seats, and floor mats and then just before a road trip. read more

The employees have been very professional and nice with removing old car wash stickers and replacing it with their own. At first my sticker I was paying for did not read in the express lane and they were very quick and considerate and polite in replacing the defunct sticker with a new one. I've never had an issue with waiting for a wash at this location and it's a quick in and out. read more

I went through the wash and when I came out, my car was making a loud noise. I got out checked the tires. I didn't see anything wrong so I left. While I was driving the noise got louder. I turned around and went back to the wash. I got out and looked under my car and the bottom cover was halfway hanging off, which was the cause of the noise. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Daniel comes over to talk to me. I explained what happened to him. He told me it was impossible for that to happen in the wash and it was nothing he could do. He walked away from me and went back inside the building. I went into the building asking him for his bosses number. He told me it was only him and refused to give me corporates number. When he noticed I was recording he told me he was going to fill out an incident report. While filling out the report he was calling me a liar. He told me my car was already like that. I have never been talked to or treated like that at any place of business. Remind you it was dark and I was stranded there because I couldn't drive my car. He just left outside and told me there was nothing he could do. A black women by herself at night. He is clearly a racist. My white friend goes there and get offers a free wax. I already contacted my lawyer. I have the whole thing on video from me entering the wash all the way until I left. No person of color should ever spend their money there again. read more
