Finally Frank ran a camera down the line and saw the bottom of the iron had rusted out and jagged edges of the pipe were trapping toilet paper. He needed to jackhammer my floors and concrete pad to replace the broken section of pipe. We scheduled the repair to begin upon my leaving for vacation. I was told my home would look just the way I left it. When I got home it looked like it was ransacked. My property was thrown around randomly, dust was on everything and everywhere I touched. My clothing in the closet and bedding were full of heavy dust and damaged. My bathroom was so filthy and covered with chunks from jackhammering it took me 2 hours to clean the sink and shower to use them. I even found my plunger and toilet brush in my kitchen sink.
