Chuck and his son were great. very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a sewer line that was backed up. Young Chuck with a great deal of effort got it cleared so we could continue to use bathroom and utilities on a holiday weekend. We scheduled for them to come back to camera the sewer line going out of the house. They found the pipe underground was broken and roots were getting in. We then scheduled the repair. They came out to make the repair and during the dig they found the galvanized water line into the house badly rusted and was leaking water underground they notified me and showed me what was happening. I asked if they could do that repair and they said no problem. They ended up fixing the water line and the sewer that day. The water pressure has never been this good. I needed a sewer line fixed on a house that my mother lived in and had recently passed away. I had no idea where the lines were and where they came out. I was referred to Drain King and it was the BEST recommendation ever. Chuck St. and Chuck Jr. came out right away. I had very little info to give them. Instead of just starting to make a mess and just start doing things that I had no idea if necessary, they asked me to get more information on what was found first. They could have performed alot of work but told me to get more information. Even when they got it, it still was not entirely clear. Chuck and Chuck were really conscientious to do the job but not start digging up the whole house until they had a better understanding. They did a fantastic job, had the equipment with them and we so kind to clean up any areas they touched. Could not recommend a better company! Chuck changed my sewer line about 7 years ago. I had a backup and called for a cleaning after it backed up again in my basement. They sent a camera through the line and my line had a belly in it. It was in the new section of pipe. Chuck told me the warranty was 5 years, but he would give me a good deal of $10,000 to repair the line. A new sewer line should last a minimum of 20 years. I can't say enough about how much I would recommend Drain King for your plumbing work. My sewer line failed and wasn't covered under the water company insurance. After reaching out to Drain King for an estimate for work, We scheduled a time to take care of the replacement. Later that day, the sewer line failed, and after making an emergent call to Chuck, he was able to rearrange his schedule and have the work completed the following morning. No other company I even approached had anywhere near the concern or assistance that was provided by Drain King. Christmas Day we hosted 6 for dinner with a complex menu. Lots of debris went down the garbage disposal and the drain clogs backing up into the adjacent sink. Dinner only slightly delayed, we have a good time and leave the dishes on the table. After the guests leave I try to snake the pipe in the floor but can't get the auger to make the turn. Research plumbers til late then get up early to start calling. Having seen some plumbers reviews where someone told the customer to use a corrosive, I wanted a specialist in drain cleaning. Drain King seemed ideal as their ethics were also high, except we might be outside his service area. Chuck answered his phone promptly, but said upfront he had a big job that day and couldn't promise he could come out. He suggested trying someone else if I couldn't wait. I tried others but between disconnected listings and others who still haven't called me back, I called Chuck again. He let me know by noon that he was not available until the next day. He called before he came with his son, very professional and respectful, and well equipped. Price stated upfront, any form of payment accepted at the end of the job. They wheeled in a power snake auger, fed it quickly into the pipe. With the right tool it had no trouble making the turn into the pipe in the slab. They made sure they snaked through to the main line and they were done. Including cleanup and running my card through his phone, they were out in 20 minutes tops.
