They did a great job with friendly service both times. Cost wasn't too bad, either. It's hard to put an in-depth review for a dry cleaning place, but I would recommend them based off the visit I had.

No one explained the damages and staining that was sustained from the cleaning service - I was charged and expected to not notice... I will be visiting tomorrow for in aims to receive reimbursement and a new duvet cover.

Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review. Please see the attached pictures of their work and then my new cleaners (a great representation of most other cleaners). Which is which is self explanatory.

I took a cherished blazer and other items for the…read morefirst time and my blazer was ripped, the clothes weren't ready a week later, I waited 30 minutes for them to find and finish laundering, and was charged for the ripped blazer despite them destroying it and not laundering it. When I arrived they couldn't find half of my items and asked me to wait to find and press. They quickly packed everything(I was late by then otherwise I would have checked). When I got home I saw my blazer was torn. I called and the manager said yes we know that's why we didn't charge you. They did, I stopped by as they requested and the manager was never there. I finally caught him by phone and he said they would reimburse me. It's two weeks later, and I still don't have the refund on my credit card. I don't think they did a particularly good job on the items they did launder either. I just wouldn't bother with this place if you're looking for a new spot. It's pricey and poor quality.

I've been going to this cleaners about two years now. And I find the owner, very courteous and…read morerespectful. However, I'm beginning to notice quality issues with cleaning services. I've actually had items ruined, discolored as if bleached by mistake. While the owner is certainly willing to work with you there's no recovery when you have outfits that are bleached or massively discolored so I've ceased taking any quality items to them. I wouldn't take anything more than denim and that's if you don't mind getting them bleached. It appears there are lesser skilled people now performing cleaning services that I wouldn't trust anymore. Beware!

Beware and stay away. I was referred by a good friend and started utilizing there ckeaning…read moreservices. Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. I strongly recommend you stay away and save your self the disgusting experience of being taken advantage. So disgusted.
