I've been going to this cleaners about two years now. And I find the owner, very courteous and…read morerespectful. However, I'm beginning to notice quality issues with cleaning services. I've actually had items ruined, discolored as if bleached by mistake. While the owner is certainly willing to work with you there's no recovery when you have outfits that are bleached or massively discolored so I've ceased taking any quality items to them. I wouldn't take anything more than denim and that's if you don't mind getting them bleached. It appears there are lesser skilled people now performing cleaning services that I wouldn't trust anymore. For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans. The jeans were brand new with tags still attached. They were too long for me so I wanted them hemmed. after trying them on he put pins in them to indicate the location of the new hem, he advised they would be ready in tow days. I returned in two days to pick them up. To my surprise they were not ready. He let me know that they had been hemmed but they still needed to be pressed. He noted he wanted to have them pressed prior to me picking them up. I returned a few days later. I paid nearly $30 to have these jeans hemmed. The hen looked like something I could have done. It is curvy and does NOT give professional quality. I would not be complaining had I not paid a professional price for the service. I will not be returning. Just an FYI- there is an alteration company in the same plaza, she does much better work.

Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. After going back to work from maternity leave, clothes were always piled up in the laundry room after washing /drying for a family of four and we grew tired of that.
